Greetings! I just met your technician, Luke, and was very impressed with his courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism. After assessing the door situation, he got right to work! He educated me on the importance of making sure we keep our door springs, hinges, etc. properly lubricated and look for anything loose or "wonky" (industry term- LOL). He noticed a couple other issues and fixed them as well. It operates smooth and quiet now. Yea! No more "clunky" noises. We purchased our door a couple years ago and have been pleased with the results and response to our concerns. Thank you for providing great service and a well-educated service technician with a positive attitude.

Garage door was retracting multiple times when trying to close it. It is only 1.5 years old. They quoted me $2000-3000 to tune it up. $4000-5000 to replace everything. Told me there wasn't other options. Had another company come out, they sprayed solvent on all the moving parts. Fixed the issue and for free. Precision Door charged $50 to come out and look. Employee was nice who came by. Not satisfied with the giant upsell attempt to buy everything new or fix it for a couple thousand dollars.

Had a long look at what took place with the repair of the shop door. The tech looked somewhat lost when he looked at my shop door. I hit the clock on my phone and took note of what happened. He spent at least half or more on the repair time on the phone talking to someone about what to do and how to make it work . Then another tech stopped by to give moral support and instructions . Both seemed to be customer friendly. Come to find out that they haven't been working on big shop doors so I am a guinea pig. And i paid for the learning experience .Door works . I am much smarter now.

We called Precision and they came out the same day. Sam, the technician was very personable and knew his stuff. He installed a new "smart" door opener (Too smart for me) and replaced all the rollers on the door. He was done in about 90 minutes and the door is working beautifully. The door is making much less noise when opening and closing. The only negative is that it was pretty expensive, but I've learned in life that you pay for what you get. Also, the convenience of getting it fixed on the spot is worth a lot to us. Thanks Sam and Precision for job well done. We have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks again.....

I received absolute amazing customer service from Precision Door. Tuesday at approximately 4:00 PM I hit the button to close my garage door. When I got inside my home I heard a very load pop. When I returned to the garage to check on the issue I immediately discovered the door spring had snapped. I wasn't sure who to call but remembered an advertisement in a sales flyer I receive monthly about Precision so I decided to give them a call. When the phone was answered they immediately started working to get me a time and date for the repair. The customer service representative responded that someone could be out within the next hour. I was amazed because I had expected a couple days before someone would be able to respond and repair my door. Sam Manes arrived within the hour and immediately started work on the door. He replaced the broken spring and suggested adding a second which should have been done when the door was originally installed. He was very knowledgeable and was completed within the hour. In the future there will be no searching for garage door service/repair because Precision has my business.

My son found them on the internet. I gave them a call on a Saturday and they were able to come out the same day with no additional cost for a weekend call. David was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked in layman terms so I could understand (since I didn't know anything except open and close). He explained the options available, very honest and wasn't pushy like some home repair businesses do to get you to do more than what you called them out for. Very impressed. Called and had Steve arrive within alotted 2 hour window. (Literally an hour after I called.) Very professional and knowledgeable. While the expense was not what I wanted to hear, the amazing work was completed within an hour and clearly explained. Well I chose them because overhead door only works til 3:30 or 4 and that doesn’t work for someone like me who works til 5 or 6 everyday!! I was helped on the phone by a very nice young man and then Drew came out and fixed my garage door!! Very professional on both ends!!!
