Sam Manes was prompt and very professional. My opener was an easy fix but I had been considering a new garage door system as mine was over 25 years old. I had been checking out prices and Precision Door was in right in the ball park. They offered an 18 month financing with Synchrony with no interest if paid within the 18 month timeframe. I am very happy with their service.

Called to schedule someone to fix a 22 year garage door with an 8 year broken spring. Was told $99 to $299. Service guy shows up and says he will ONLY replace with 2 springs for $800 to $1100. I say no but then have to pay $50 for him to leave. Was never told about a service call fee.

In your case, I understand that you are displeased with our Service Fee. When we spoke I understood that the Service Fee was NOT mentioned to you, and I immediately refunded the $49.95 for you. The reason for the Service Fee as we discussed on our call is to cover the high cost of having trucks and employees available 24 hours 7 days a week. The Service Fee as we spoke also includes a 27 point Safety Inspection, and any of our recommendations of repairs that may be needed to get you back to having a fully operating garage door that's safe for you and your family. We appreciate your business. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss anything further.

Drew was awesome! He took his time and inspected all my repair / problems / door damage. He explained things in a way that was totally understandable. I learned a lot from him. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and installation process to make sure my door was superior to my expectations. After reviewing my options, I purchased the Endurance 300. Mainly because I am in my 60's and the Lifetime Warrantee gives me a complete peace of mind that I will not have to worry about having any problems in the future.

Drew was amazing. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and walked me through the process of how everything worked. He replaced everything except for the door itself. Looks great and works great and is quiet. Love it. I had used Precision several years ago and they did not disappoint this time either.
