Sometimes, with any project, things just don't go right, anyone can and does make errors, that's not what's important, what is important is what happens next. I can with all confidence tell you that the upper management at Precision Doors NWA knows and will do what is right. without going into detail, we had a couple of issues, those things were handled both expeditiously and entirely profession. I would give this 5 stars....however...I just got back from the grocery store, just hours after the guys finished and discovered 2 dents in the panel just below the panel with the windows in it. I am sick about this. I have taken pictures of them and will text them to you. If you're looking straight on you don't notice them so much but at an angle, they are quite noticeable. The installers were great guys but as expensive as this door was, I wanted it to be perfect. Very disappointed!

I saw your commercial on TV. It said you could call 24/7, fast response time, all needed parts on truck and expert technicians. All true. I called on Thursday evening and your technician, Jacob Baggett, arrived at 9:30 Friday morning, did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener and was finished by 10:30. It was a pleasure working with your company and would highly recommend to anyone needing quick, professional service.

Dear Patrick, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. First, all employees have been very courteous and professional. I first knew of your company when I requested an evaluation of the garage door when performing a pre-purchase home inspection. I am curious if the information provided to me after a purchase service call was also provided to the seller. Appears the door and opening mechanism is a "safety issue". The motor is failing which is the actual cause of the remote and wall switch working randomly. Upon assessment, it is recommended that the door be replaced which would include the motor and other items. This is substantial expense that I will now have to incur. Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.

Justin and Jason did an absolutely wonderful job installing my new garage door opener. It broke the night before Thanksgiving and they were here the day after Thanksgiving fixing it that’s pretty good service in anybody’s book. The work was exemplary. It wasn’t inexpensive, but you get what you pay for

I was very satisfied with the work Dustin McClean did on my garage door. As a disabled senior it was such an inconvenience to have to park my car out on the driveway. When I called your office I was told the man would be here that day and his truck would have all the parts. This young man knew what he was doing and performed an amazing job. The pushy tech and his multiple scare tactics about the state of my door was a bit much. He was informed multiple that all he needed to do was fix the door and no I was not replacing the whole system as even the 12 year old opener was to small. He quoted himself several times as the garage door man. His work is completely satisfactory but he 100% cost you a door and operator when I do replace it.
