Our new garage doors have completely changed the look (i.e., curb appeal) of our house. Also, the new openers are much quieter and better functioning than our old units. However, most importantly is the quality of service we received during installation. It was a Sunday morning when my spring on my garage door broke leaving no way to get my cars out. I called Precision and they arrived a few hours later. The tech was very good to make a thorough inspection and let me know what parts he recommended me to get replaced. About an hour later he had my door working great even though it is 30 yrs old. This is twice that I have used Precision and have been very pleased both times. Great employees and good work.

It’s such a pleasure doing business with a company that backs up their products and workmanship. The trim on my garage door started to detach from the wood frame. Precision sent service technicians just a couple days after I called. They were polite and friendly and quickly fixed the problem. With the proper equipment, they fixed the problem in just a few minutes. It was much better than if I had tried to reattach it myself. I appreciate that such a simple repair was done without a service charge.

Storm killed out power unit to lift our garage door. David came out and took his time, evaluated the situation explaining what was wrong. While he was out we asked him about other issues we had seen and heard he showed us the issues were hearing and seeing. David was very through and polite the entire time even when it was reaching the high 80s in the garage with no breeze. I am extremely happy with the service offered by David and Percision professionals provided.

Will never recommend y'all to anyone due to the fact that the only option that I was given for the spring repair was the most expensive and if I would have been a person on a fixed income I couldn't of afforded it and would of still been charge $90.00 service fee. For spring replacement cost me $700.00 ridiculous I figure techs operate on commission base pay.

We realize our competitors may quote a lower price but often the parts by competitors are not of the same quality as the parts and services we offer. We believe in only offering long-term solutions. Since you have a double car garage and 1 spring broke we would suggest replacing both to make it safe and secure. Safety for our top priority, when one spring breaks it puts a heavy strain on the older spring. By not replacing both, the other spring will inevitably break as well. The Powder coated springs you purchased have 100% lifetime warranty, you will never have to replace or purchase again for as long as you own your home, you can rest assured that your door will be safe, secure and reliable for years to come.
