The torsion spring snapped on a Sunday, trapping our vehicle in the garage. Justin responded quickly, installed the spring, and had it working again in no time at all. Amazing service provided, especially on a weekend.

After trying both remote openers,and realizing neither of them were not working I called Precision door and explained my situation they set up a time for their technician to come check out the problem.The tech called and asked if he could come by earlier then the time set up.He was very attentive to the problem and had it resolved in short order.I am very pleased with the results of this and the technician was pleasant and professional and I will not hesitate to call Precision door for any problem with the garage door. Patrick, I'm not certain if this brief review will reach you but will send in case. The phone experience while setting up a consult was subdued at best. The young lady didn't provide the upfront price for an estimate. As with most, my budget is limited so that's important info upfront. The tech or sales person who came was aggressive in his approach which felt overwhelming. He offered no real alternative to full replacement (5,000.00 minimum) with a band aid fix for several hundred dollars. A local company also came for estimate at no charge. He had the door in working order in an hour and reprogrammed my remote. I've since set up a motor replacement (500.00) including camera and touch pad. I was given the option of purchasing entire replacement in manageable parts over time while keeping a safe and working garage. It's a shame that your rep didn't provide the same options for my budget. I will never pay an upfront fee for estimates again

We do not ever make the claim that our prices are  the lowest in the industry. I apologize for you feeling overwhelmed by our technician, and there is no charge for the estimate; he charged a service fee for the appointment. I realize that our competitors may be lesser in price. If you look further than just price, you may find that all things are not equal. Most of our repairs come with a 5-year to lifetime warranty. Most of the competitors offer a 1-3 year warranty because of the different parts they use. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this matter further. Sincerely, PDS of NWA 

My experiences with Precision have been excellent! I had two new doors installed a couple of years ago and developed a problem with one door making odd noises and not operating properly. David Stubbs, their technician, came out promptly as scheduled and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a simple fix and that took less than 5 minutes to repair. He chalked this visit up to a "curtesy call" with no charge to me. I was impressed with his professionalism and great attitude! From Precision's original door installation to this recent service call, the Precision team has been great to work with. They do what they say, when they say it will be done, and they do it right! Matt done a good job. I was happy with his work. I was not happy with the price of the material. $250 per spring and $60 for a Bearing is outrageous. If I had known the pricing before, Matt had drove all the way down here I would have declined your services.

I am so happy with the service I received from Luke this afternoon. He was very approachable, and explained everything he had done. He 100% did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and the charge for work done was very reasonable. The cables that attach the door to the spring had snapped on one side, leaving the door unable to open/close properly and hanging lopsided. Like replaced the cables, tensioned the spring properly and realigned the door as it should be. He also repositioned the motor arm correctly on the door as the previous owners had moved it, which was making it work harder. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Scammers!! The technician did not inform us that you only work on LiftMaster doors, we were under the impression he was going to fix it. He tried to replace the whole motor for $1400 when it only needed a small part replaced. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging outrageous prices when people are trying to make it right now. We had to pay $140 to make him leave. Robbers for real!!!

Our technician Sam was kind and courteous. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, was thorough in telling me the options for repairs and the pros and cons of each. Justin Peterson was fantastic, he did a complete inspection of the garage door. He explained everything he found, pointed out things that could wait and things we needed to fix now. He changed the springs, a cable and bearings in about an hour. The paper work was well paperwork. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their door fixed.
