I have a precision door so I called you to replace the motor after a lightning strike. A serviceman was sent out within two hours of my call. The serviceman was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I asked him to open the unit up so I would have pictures for insurance purposes, he did so and he took several shots showing the scorch marks and other damage. I was very pleased with how quick and easy the whole issue was handled.

I wanted to go with a well-established company, and I felt that Precision Door would meet this expectation. On our visit to the Precision Door gallery, we were introduced to Mike Rewerts. Mike took the time to go over the variety of door options available, including the variety of openers available in today's market. The cut sheets and samples provided made it easier to make our final selection. The estimators that came to the house did a great job clarifying any concerns we may have had. When all materials were received, I was notified to schedule installation. The technician, Acoya Herron was excellent to work with. He did a great job with the overall installation and went over all items once completed. Very pleased with the overall installation.
