Drew was awesome! He took his time and inspected all my repair / problems / door damage. He explained things in a way that was totally understandable. I learned a lot from him. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and installation process to make sure my door was superior to my expectations. After reviewing my options, I purchased the Endurance 300. Mainly because I am in my 60's and the Lifetime Warrantee gives me a complete peace of mind that I will not have to worry about having any problems in the future.

I had a quick response to my issue but they switched original appointment for an earlier time which was great but when I got the reminder it was the original appointment time not the new one. The tech was very helpful and called me about the cause of problems and the solution. Then he states that the door and mechanisms are old and need to be replaced. I therefore asked another company for a second opinion and they did not agree it needed replacing.

I’ll be honest, traditional advertising still works. The TV ad jingle “Precision door service, a name you can trust” came to mind when I noticed a broken spring on my 20 year old door. I made the call in the afternoon and the service was scheduled for first thing the next morning. I received a text prior to the appointment with time and date verification as well as a picture and brief bio of the technician. The young man, Acoya, who showed up to do the repair was top notch. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend PDS for your garage door needs.

Techs were great. Diagnosed problem and repaired as needed. Discussed other issues with current doors and decided was in our best interest to replace the current doors (we have been thinking about it anyway). Appreciated the input from the Techs - didn't feel pressured in any way. Was nice to save money too. Looking forward to the new doors. Would recommend.
