Luke Zieman was the technician that sold me and installed my door openers. Luke did an excellent job. My name is not spelled correctly. Somehow you guys put my name down as Gary Sams. That is not correct. My name is Jerry Sams. Please change your records to reflect my name as Jerry Sams. This could become important due to the door openers having a lifetime warranty.

I am very confident that Sam's work was done correctly and quickly. He explained what needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me total cost then explained each item. He made recommendations and was not demanding towards me. It was up to me as to how much or how little I wanted to do. I never felt pressured to comply with his recommendations and it was all my decision on what to do. I would highly recommend Percison if you need any workdone.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They are not interested in repairing your garage door, they are only there to sell you a new one. Their tech came up with a flimsy reason for me to buy one, then refused to do anything at all to repair my door. Instead, he left me with a non-functional door, which I could not raise of lower. He said that Precision would incur "too much legal liability" if they fixed my door. I suggested he tell his bosses that leaving a senior citizen trapped in their garage, unable to get out in case of an emergency would cause far more medical, legal liability than simply fixing the door. Instead, I called an independent repair service who showed up immediately and replaced my broken spring, which was all that was wrong. It cost me thousands less than a new door, and everything is working fine. I did not fall for Precision's phony new garage door line and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk.

What a great experience. The whole team exceeded my expectations. The installer, Levi, was very professional and highly detailed oriented. The new garage doors and opener I purchased work so much better than the previous ones. Make sure you visit Precision's showroom in Rogers to really appreciate what they offer versus other garage door companies. You get what you pay for and my experience was worth it.

He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost.
