I have a precision door so I called you to replace the motor after a lightning strike. A serviceman was sent out within two hours of my call. The serviceman was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I asked him to open the unit up so I would have pictures for insurance purposes, he did so and he took several shots showing the scorch marks and other damage. I was very pleased with how quick and easy the whole issue was handled.
Thank you Lisa for the great 5-star review. We are glad to hear that our technician was polite and worked efficiently. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We appreciate your business!

I wanted to go with a well-established company, and I felt that Precision Door would meet this expectation. On our visit to the Precision Door gallery, we were introduced to Mike Rewerts. Mike took the time to go over the variety of door options available, including the variety of openers available in today's market. The cut sheets and samples provided made it easier to make our final selection. The estimators that came to the house did a great job clarifying any concerns we may have had. When all materials were received, I was notified to schedule installation. The technician, Acoya Herron was excellent to work with. He did a great job with the overall installation and went over all items once completed. Very pleased with the overall installation.
Thanks Mark for the awesome 5-sstar review. We are so glad that all of your needs both prior to and at install were met. We appreciate your business!

I felt like every representative was kind and helpful. I really appreciated the salesman's hard work to find a door that we would like in stock because stock had been depleted because of storms in the area. I appreciated how quickly we had a great technician out and how well the job was done. He came ahead of schedule and worked very efficiently. We love our new door and the maintenance advice also. Thank you! You have a great company and we will recommend you to others. Sincerely, Pam and Tim Johnson

They came out quickly but did not fix the issue with my garage door. Instead, they did some expensive work that I am not sure why it was needed. I was led to believe that the work would take care of the issues that I called about; it did not.
Well Susan we are sorry to hear that things did not go so well the first go around. But from what I have told by Ethan the problem was now solved to your satisfaction. From what I understand there was a lot of texting when you were communicating with Drew. Unfortunately when texting things can get missed. We appreciate your business! Thank you for all that you do in teaching our children.
