They came out quickly but did not fix the issue with my garage door. Instead, they did some expensive work that I am not sure why it was needed. I was led to believe that the work would take care of the issues that I called about; it did not.
Well Susan we are sorry to hear that things did not go so well the first go around. But from what I have told by Ethan the problem was now solved to your satisfaction. From what I understand there was a lot of texting when you were communicating with Drew. Unfortunately when texting things can get missed. We appreciate your business! The whole story... Last Saturday, a little after 6 p.m., my wife came home. When she closed the garage door, something didn't sound right. It also started opening back up. It turned out that one of the cables broke. I waited until Monday morning to call a garage door service company that I had used before. I called at 7:35, shortly after they opened. No answer. Roughly an hour later I got a call back. When I explained my situation, they said they could get back to me later in the week. Friday morning came. At 8:15, I was done waiting. So, I called Precision. They answered right away. Took my information, dispatched a tech (Drew) who arrived at my house an hour and a half later. Wow! That was fast! I live near Joplin, and he drove from Arkansas. He replaced my old cables as I'd asked. He also replaced all of the old rollers at my request, and a worn out bracket that he noticed. He also performed some overdue maintenance. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company, and Drew, who was very friendly, and professional. I'm very pleased with them, and can wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Contacted Precision Door because one of our garage doors would not open using either our vehicle remote or our wall mounted touch pad. David came out during the time frame promised and quickly identified the problem. He took care of the problem by replacing the door motor and rail and got it back to working in short order. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to call Precision Door again for any future garage door issues.

I purchased the doors three years ago and I haven't had any problems. I ‘m so pleased with the Doors and they are a great looking and super quite. I was messing with the key pad and couldn't reprogram it. So I called and Chris came over and showed me how to do that. He was on time and very fast to fix the key pad. David and Ryan installed a new garage door system for me since my old unit wasn’t working properly and was at least 20 years old. I bought a new garage door and opener four years ago. Last winter when we had a power outage I cancelled an appointment because I didn’t think I could get my car out of the doorless, detached garage. Another power outage this weekend reminded me to ask whether I needed to install a backup system. The technician came out two days later to check the system. He said I do have a backup, told me how it works, and how I can tell if battery is running low. He was very helpful and didn’t charge me to explain the backup feature. I have been pleased with how well the garage door works and am especially pleased with Prevision’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend them,
