We had a technician Drew Bates. He was professional and courteous. But most of all our door was completely repaired and lubricated ad it works great, I was impressed by his ability to repair it completely rather than just the minimal. He saw problems we did not know we needed and explained all the work and the costs involved before completing the repair. We are grateful and I was impressed with the company’s website and could book an appointment at 10 pm. Great experience and we appreciate !!!

The garage door motor quit working in the afternoon of 7/19 after I had opened & closed it that morning. I was leaving early the next morning for a long road trip so I was very upset. Steve came over and determined that it had probably been struck by lightning, but got the door closed. Reluctantly I left the next morning, returning Sunday afternoon. He called this morning, and Precision replaced the whole unit, including a better surge protector at no charge!! Needless to say, I am a ‘Very Happy Camper’!! THANKS for being a reputable company either great service folks!!

Looked for garage door repairs and locations near us. Called one no answer, called another and did not tell us until later in day that they could not get to us until you. Called Precision and actually answered call, gave me a choice of two times and said tech would call before arrival. He did that and also his picture and profile was sent. He looked the situation over and fixed our problem and advised us on other issues that we should be aware of. Very satisfied with the work and tech.

After installing a new opener, I found the opener wasn’t retaining settings / adjustments. My husband saw the Precision commercial on TV. We are very pleased with our experience!! Everything they say in the commercial seems to be very TRUE!!! We set up our appointment the same day we called! Our problem was fixed, and we love the new remotes and pad added to the outside door. It's so awesome! The motor and remotes are so quiet compared to our last motors/remotes. Our technician, Jacob, was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Precision. We had motor replaced on 2 doors and new remotes and pad.

I DISCOVERED AT 6 AM THAT THE SPRING ON MY GARAGE DOOR WAS BROKEN. I WENT TO THE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR WEBSITE AND MADE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT FOR NOON. THE TECH SHOWED UP AT 10:30 AM, FOUND I ONLY HAD ONE SPRING INSTEAD OF THE TWO REQUIRED FOR A 16-FOOT DOOR. THE DOOR WAS REPAIRED WITH THE ADDED SPRING IN 30 MINUTES. WITH THE SECOND SPRING, THE DOOR OPERATES BETTER THAN EVER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR.

Service was prompt and workmanship seems to be professional. They just left a few hours ago. Replaced the 2 cable drums, cables, and the end bearings on the rod that goes from one end of the door to the other. However, I was very shocked at the humongous markup on the parts. Thats understating it. From what I've looked up on the average retail prices of the parts used, I was charged an average of up to 20 times, that's right, up to 20 times the average retail price as best I can make of it. I can understand business's are in business to make money, but this is definately price gouging. If your garage door doesn't need immediate attention, you might find another company that is more reasonable to do the job. If you choose them, be prepared for just what I described, .I would have given them a 5 star review but I just feel ripped off on the parts prices. Only a one star. The service was great but the rest was something I would expect from a roadside stand in a third world country as far as the parts prices.

Our technician, Drew Bates, was extremely courteous and professional. He walked me through every step that he was going to take in not only repairing our garage door, and why he was going to do what he did, but he also explained the cause of the issue. Drew and Andrew were great to work with. We originally called them to replace a torsion spring that had busted. Drew identified major issues with our current garage door and system that had been "fixed" by the previous owner over the years. He suggested replacing the door but was not pushy in his pitch. We ultimately went with a full replacement of the door and unit. Install was three days later with Andrew. Andrew did a great job at explaining the new features of the unit and how to change/disconnect any features we didn't want to use. Very satisfied with Precision and its staff. I don't anticipate needing them again, given the quality of their work, but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services.

I was having trouble with my garage door opener. I worked on it and worked on it myself trying to fix the problem but it just kept recurring. The service man came out, identified the problem and after about two hours had the problem resolved. I have had zero issues since and am quite pleased.

My son found them on the internet. I gave them a call on a Saturday and they were able to come out the same day with no additional cost for a weekend call. David was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked in layman terms so I could understand (since I didn't know anything except open and close). He explained the options available, very honest and wasn't pushy like some home repair businesses do to get you to do more than what you called them out for. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and hopefully they will put you on hold just long enough for you to hear their song about garage doors:}:}:}
