Tech immediately tried to sell me more or “better” parts. Started project and messed up the spring. Had to correct this so it took more time which I was then charged for after he called “the boss” who said to do that. I pre paid Home Depot for the door opener /installation project then had to pay another 145 bucks over that initial price. Tech dropped a light bulb on the garage floor but “ tried” to clean it up…….things happen I guess.

Greetings! I just met your technician, Luke, and was very impressed with his courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism. After assessing the door situation, he got right to work! He educated me on the importance of making sure we keep our door springs, hinges, etc. properly lubricated and look for anything loose or "wonky" (industry term- LOL). He noticed a couple other issues and fixed them as well. It operates smooth and quiet now. Yea! No more "clunky" noises. We purchased our door a couple years ago and have been pleased with the results and response to our concerns. Thank you for providing great service and a well-educated service technician with a positive attitude.

We had a great first experience. This was our first garage repair as home owners and we didn’t know what to expect. Our technician was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with us. He carefully looked at everything, not just the spring that was broken and fixed a big issue with our cables. Nobody wants to spend money on repairing things, but it has to be done and we feel like we got a fair deal and we were taken care of.

Garage door was retracting multiple times when trying to close it. It is only 1.5 years old. They quoted me $2000-3000 to tune it up. $4000-5000 to replace everything. Told me there wasn't other options. Had another company come out, they sprayed solvent on all the moving parts. Fixed the issue and for free. Precision Door charged $50 to come out and look. Employee was nice who came by. Not satisfied with the giant upsell attempt to buy everything new or fix it for a couple thousand dollars.

Great Service

It was a Sunday morning when my spring on my garage door broke leaving no way to get my cars out. I called Precision and they arrived a few hours later. The tech was very good to make a thorough inspection and let me know what parts he recommended me to get replaced. About an hour later he had my door working great even though it is 30 yrs old. This is twice that I have used Precision and have been very pleased both times. Great employees and good work.
