We needed repairs on our garage door and were extremely pleased with Precision. The technician quoted the job and when we accepted set a date for the work. He was on time and did the work in a timely and efficient manner even as it grew when another problem was found. He explained everything he was doing and answered any and all questions. Ended up needing rollers, bracket, weather stripping, and a new motor.

Your reaction to our phone call was excellent. The appointment time was estimated and contact was made to confirm the arrival of the repairmen at an exact time. The repairmen were professional and were very good in finding the problems and fixing them. It was rather expensive but it was very much appreciated that it was all taken care of so promptly.

Used another company for years; they claimed to be too busy to come out to our rural home for non-emergency service. Precision has friendly phone representatives, responded in a timely manner, and sent a super technician. Dustin took care of our issues, offered advice on a couple of things, and fixed a problem we hadn't even noticed before his visit. Thank you!!

Steve arrived within just a couple of hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In a short amount of time he had my 30+ year old Garage door working better than it ever had. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Sam, the technician was very personable and knew his stuff. He installed a new "smart" door opener (Too smart for me) and replaced all the rollers on the door. He was done in about 90 minutes and the door is working beautifully. The door is making much less noise when opening and closing. The only negative is that it was pretty expensive, but I've learned in life that you pay for what you get. Also, the convenience of getting it fixed on the spot is worth a lot to us. Thanks Sam and Precision for job well done. We have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks again.....

I received absolute amazing customer service from Precision Door. Tuesday at approximately 4:00 PM I hit the button to close my garage door. When I got inside my home I heard a very load pop. When I returned to the garage to check on the issue I immediately discovered the door spring had snapped. I wasn't sure who to call but remembered an advertisement in a sales flyer I receive monthly about Precision so I decided to give them a call. When the phone was answered they immediately started working to get me a time and date for the repair. The customer service representative responded that someone could be out within the next hour. I was amazed because I had expected a couple days before someone would be able to respond and repair my door. Sam Manes arrived within the hour and immediately started work on the door. He replaced the broken spring and suggested adding a second which should have been done when the door was originally installed. He was very knowledgeable and was completed within the hour. In the future there will be no searching for garage door service/repair because Precision has my business.
