We requested a code change for two garage doors. Precision had someone at our home within one hour. He reset both garage interior pads, both exterior pads, both car pads, and two alternate pads in record time. I was impressed. We received fast and courteous service. Nice Job!

Drew Bates came to my home yesterday afternoon because my primary garage door suddenly sounded like something was loose or broken and ready to go 'off the rails'. I actually had some bad bearings, spring at top of door and the 10 rollers in the rails. Today my door opened so smoothly and so quiet. THANK YOU! Drew was so patient and professional. Knew how to explain the problem and the solution with no fuss. Precision Door is my only go-to in the future

Ethan of Precision Door Service of Northwest AR replaced the garage door springs on 7-6-2026. On 8-11-2026 Ethan came as a courtesy call and adjusted the garage door so it did not drive a hole in the concrete as it came down. Ethan restored my faith in Precision. He was a gentleman, courteous, professional, answered all my questions. In other words I was a happy camper and will be calling Precision again in the future. Also, I would like Ms Tina to be recognized as she was kind, professional, helpful, understanding when I called with all my questions and concerns regarding my problems on the 7-6-2026 appointment. She too was very courteous and professional plus she discovered that a elderly discount had not been applied. My only suggestion would be when a person calls in with a problem is that the call center lets you know that they will pass the call on to Precision and that they are only the middle man and not Precision.

3 reasons to use Precision door service? 1.Drew 2.Drew 3.Drew Drew was awesome, so friendly and kind and a subject matter expert. My door was completely jacked and Drew showed up when he said he would, giving me a 30 minute heads up before he arrived. He assessed the door and gave me a quote immediately, I approved it and he worked right away and within an hour my door was better off than before I broke it. 10/10 if you have door troubles, use precision service and if you value top tier customer service don’t hesitate to ask for Drew!!

Precision Door answered my phone call after business hours and scheduled a visit the next day to determine why my garage door was broken. Ethan, the service technician arrived on time, was very polite and respectful. Ethan accessed my garage, gave me an estimate to repair the garage door and recommended items that would help extend the life span of my garage door. Our 20+ year old, double-car garage door “broke”. Precision Door Service technicians, David and Ryan, diagnosed and replaced the broken spring. They explained condition of the other moving parts. Really no pressure, just information. A few other parts needed replacing and all new parts have Lifetime Warranty. The garage door now lifts and closes smoothly and quietly.

The service we received was excellent from the initial call to the completion of the work on the garage door. All of our interactions with employees were courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail and we were given options on how to address the various problems. Many aged components were replaced. The garage door is now safe and working well.

Told me that i needed a new garage door. Had a quote handy and ready to go for me. Would not replace the springs because of "Structural issues". Called another company and they replaced the springs and cables for me.

the technicians called as they were able to arrive earlier than plan, they evaluated my situation and wound up rebuilding the door my door is 24 years old. They showed me why each part need replaced, and the wear was obvious as well as potential for further break down. cost of repair as my door is a commercial one was cheaper to replace parts than get a new door. Also like the lifetime warranty on the parts they used. overall satisfied the technicians were pleasant and professional

Excellent service! They were easy to schedule, Ethan was my tech showed up on time, expained my problem I have a an old system he did a fantastic job at explaining what caused the issue other issues i could see as a result of the age of the system and gave me varying levels of repair options and Estimated costs Also gave me a rough Estimate on a Newer System should i go thay route. Overall I had an excellent experience with Ethan and precision i will definitely give them all call when i go to update my system. Thanks again to the Precision team and Ethan for getting my system operational.

Had a great experience with Precision today. Easy to make an appointment online and the two gentlemen who did the work, David and Zack, could not have been more professional or nicer. They showed me everything they did and expIained why they were doing it. I am so thankful to now have a safe, working garage door. Don't know enough to say if the price was the best in town but I can certainly think everything else was the best in town.
