I have owned my home for a little over a year and my garage door opener stopped working last Saturday, 2/22/25. I didn't know who to contact regarding repair, so I just "Googled" to find a service. I am pleased with everything regarding Precision Door Service. I called your service late afternoon on a Saturday and was given a service appointment date for the following Monday. This was much more quickly than I had anticipated, which was good. The technician, Sam Manes could not have been more professional and personable. All was done well. Absolutely worthy of a 5-star rating which I seldom give. Sam was courteous and professional. The time was set between 8-12 and he arrived at 8 AM starting my day with a smile. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable - less than expected, thank goodness. He also provided some great advice for preventive maintenance. I recommend this company and will use them again if/when I have garage door problems. Thank you all for the prompt, professional service.

He explained the new system and workings of it and ask if we had questions. Honestly I had no idea a garage door with its new controls could do so much but can see the safety of having it for sure. 30 minutes after the technician left the opener quit working again. I called back, a lady called me back and said she would check and call me back shortly. An hour later I still haven't heard from her. I live alone and can't manually open and close the door by my self.

Not really happy at all. I scheduled for a new seal to be installed and specifically mentioned to the call center that we needed an accelerated schedule due to rain. The tech shows up, looks at the garage door, and says that neither location has any door seals in stock. Now, we have lost two days of time to get it completed by someone else. Guess I was wrong, but I thought door seals were one of the most basic items to stock for a professional garage door company?
Thank you for your review. We need feedback from our customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied to improve our business. Yes, we do keep bottom seal in-stock but please keep in mind there are different sizes with 2" being the most popular. We usually have a truck that brings our seal inventory once a week, this week they did not \put the 2" seal on the truck so needless to say we did not have it for your appointment. Also the appointment from the call center only stated bottom seal not 2" bottom seal which would have all the difference in getting you scheduled. Again thank you for your feedback!
