A relative did not need your service but heard Precision was very good and they were the last tv commercial we watched. Our technician, Drew Bates met our expectations and went beyond. He called to see if ok to come earlier than scheduled time, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After making his diagnostic check he explained thoroughly what needed to be done to repair door and the price. If and when we need a repair call we will definitely call Precision & Drew Bates. Called to schedule someone to fix a 22 year garage door with an 8 year broken spring. Was told $99 to $299. Service guy shows up and says he will ONLY replace with 2 springs for $800 to $1100. I say no but then have to pay $50 for him to leave. Was never told about a service call fee.

We love using Precision! We our garage door broke, and they came out the next day to replace it. Just last week with all the snow the seal froze to the ground and they came out and fixed it two days after my call. It's important to note that I told them it wasn't urgent just when they had time to come by. I love how they always send a profile of who is coming to your house. It gives you a real peace of mind! Called request at 0730 am for replacement of broken spring on garage door and at 0800 service man called me to s/u appt for 0830. Great service.. I have 3 houses that I have used their services.

We used Precision in the past to fix a major issue with our large door motor and were impressed. This time, the repair was not nearly as difficult but needed to be completed quickly - in time for a listing photo shoot. Not only was it super easy to make an appointment (same afternoon in this case), but the technician was able to delay arrival a bit until we could get out to the property from work. Estimating the work to be done was fast, the parts were in stock back at the shop and the repairs were completed first thing the next morning as planned. Very satisfied (once again) and will continue to reach out to Precision for any garage-related issues in the future.

Quick appointment. They called prior to coming and arrived on time. David and his team performed the required work, made (and showed me) recommendations for additional work and prioritized the urgency for each item. No pushy sales talk.. just advice. Sorry for the rating guys but you couldn’t fix my problem. I needed the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door fixed or replaced. You said you couldn’t fix it nor replace it since you didn’t have a replacement that size.

When it comes to parts, we work with several of the largest and many smaller garage door distribution companies in the United States. We carry parts on our vehicles to repair 99% of the residential garage door issues we encounter. However some times we get calls on doors that may function and operate but are dated in age or the manufacture is no longer in business. When this happens we may not be able to satisfy certain parts. Replacement panels are no different, we can not match 2 different brand doors together by simply replacing 1 panel, it will not operate properly and could cause further damage. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand, not all garage doors are the same. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss this matter further.

This is the company that my contractor used to install our garage doors. I called them up today because a weird noise had developed and low and behold they came out same day and quickly identified and fix the problem. Great service!
