When we called, the office personal were courteous and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to repair our broken garage door. The two technicians that came were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job. In no time we had a rebuilt door including a new and very quiet door opener. A few days ago we noticed light coming into the garage when the door was closed. Again we called and received the same professional service. In a matter of a few hours a technician arrived and with a few adjustments had the door closing properly. Better yet we were not charged for the service. We support veteran owned businesses. This is a wonderful example of their service and we highly recommend them.

Such fast same day service! David the installer was very presentable, friendly and very knowledgable about his work. He thoroughly explained every detail. When he had finished and cleaned up you couldn't tell he was ever here except for our new garage door equipment. The service truck was so well equipped there was no delay in installation. Highly recommend this company.

Very impressed. Called and had Steve arrive within alotted 2 hour window. (Literally an hour after I called.) Very professional and knowledgeable. While the expense was not what I wanted to hear, the amazing work was completed within an hour and clearly explained. I would HIGHLY recommend both Precision Door Service and, particularly Steve, for any of your garage door service needs.

We returned home about 12:30 PM and pulled into our garage because of the rain. As the door was closing we heard a loud noise. Upon inspecting the source I found that a spring had broken and the door fell to its final resting place. Having seen many ads on KNWA I reached out to Precision and booked an appointment online. I received a confirmation that a service tech should arrive between 2:00 & 6:00 PM, the same date. Could not believe. Text was received from Precision advising that David would be arriving shortly, followed by a phone call from David himself, advising he was about 10 minutes out. An hour later our garage door spring was replaced and we were up and running again. Thanks David and Precision for your fast and efficient service. Would use them again if the need arose.

Precision installed garage doors at our home last week. We were very happy with the entire experience. Dustin came out for our estimate. He was professional and provided all the details and options available to make our decision. He helped us select the doors that were best for us. Chris installed the three doors. He was also professional and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process Precision had very good communication and responded to my calls quickly. I really like the fact that Precision sent texts prior to visits to our home (including bio's and photos) - so we knew who to expect. Dustin and Chris were both trustworthy and we were happy to work with them. I highly recommend Precision.

I do not recommend this company the technician replaced to door spring and bearing did not hook the opener up. I connected the opener and the door works worse than before it was repaired

He replaced all three of my garage door openers that were terminally damaged due to lightning strike. He cleaned up after completing the job; leaving nothing behind for me to clean up. Aaron arrived promptly and introduced himself. He assessed the trim issue I reported and spent a few minutes securing the trim. He closed the garage door to make sure daylight wasn’t seen from the inside of the garage. He didn’t even charge for his service! I’ve had several unpleasant experiences by other contractors I’ve hired, but Precision has faithfully provided five star customer service????

I had a broken wire to sensor eye. Tech noticed fraying on one cable so replaced it too. Also replaced worn rollers. Tech, Jacob Baggett, was very friendly & courteous, as well as the Tech he was training. He showed me what was wrong and explained what it would take to fix it. They did good work & were professionals.

What a great experience with Precision. The coupon in the mail is what brought us to Precision. Their attention to detail in installing a whole new system was great. But the follow up service is what really impressed me. I called for a service on a Monday morning, and had a great reception for what I needed. They actually ended up sending Wes out the same day, and this guy knows his stuff. Precision sent a photo and bio before he arrived, so you knew what to expect, and he didn't shortcut anything. He got the doors running smooth again. Really nice people, amazing work that they stand behind! I'll never use another company. THANK YOU!
