Very prompt and responsive to service request. Very professional service. Seth was very nice. He walked me through the entire repair, made recommendations, and repaired the other door as well. He upgrading cheap contractor grade parts with improved components.

Drew was very professional, knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door service needs answering all of my questions! He replaced all three of my garage door openers that were terminally damaged due to lightning strike. He cleaned up after completing the job; leaving nothing behind for me to clean up. Aaron arrived promptly and introduced himself. He assessed the trim issue I reported and spent a few minutes securing the trim. He closed the garage door to make sure daylight wasn’t seen from the inside of the garage. He didn’t even charge for his service! I’ve had several unpleasant experiences by other contractors I’ve hired, but Precision has faithfully provided five star customer service????

I had a broken wire to sensor eye. Tech noticed fraying on one cable so replaced it too. Also replaced worn rollers. Tech, Jacob Baggett, was very friendly & courteous, as well as the Tech he was training. He showed me what was wrong and explained what it would take to fix it. They did good work & were professionals.

I called Precision and was speaking to a human in under a minute. Bridget was very friendly and helpful and scheduled a repairman for the same day. David communicated with me throughout the day letting me know exactly when he would be there. I was not present for the repairs since I was away on work, but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He assessed the problem and fixed it (replaced the broken springs and several other parts) in just over an hour. Very professional organization. Thank you!

I'd highly recommend not having this company come to your home for a repair. No attempt was made to repair our garage door. I basically had to pay $50 to have them try and sell me a new garage door.

Well I chose them because overhead door only works til 3:30 or 4 and that doesn’t work for someone like me who works til 5 or 6 everyday!! I was helped on the phone by a very nice young man and then Drew came out and fixed my garage door!! Very professional on both ends!!!

I saw your commercial on TV. It said you could call 24/7, fast response time, all needed parts on truck and expert technicians. All true. I called on Thursday evening and your technician, Jacob Baggett, arrived at 9:30 Friday morning, did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener and was finished by 10:30. It was a pleasure working with your company and would highly recommend to anyone needing quick, professional service.

Absolutely no complaints with the quality of service or the capability and professionalism of the technician. BUT....the price! All of the exact SAME parts can be found online with their current prices. This tells me why the bill was not itemized. That said, it translated to the labor charge alone being $200 for less than 1 hour. We should all be in the garage door business!
