Precision replaced my garage door in 2022. I noticed a very large amount of water in my garage after the last two big rains that we had and when I looked at the bottom of my garage door I noticed a small gap where I could see light showing through from outside. Chris came out to my house this morning and fixed the problem. The molding at the bottom of the door had shifted so Chris shifted it back into place. He also lubed the rollers for me as well so the door slides up and down more smoothly now. Chris was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!

I contacted Precision Door Service because of all the great reviews. This sometimes doesn't turn out to be the case, but this time they were true. My garage door cable snapped and the door jammed crooked. This happened on Easter Sunday. I simply entered my contact info on their website and the office called and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech arrived early and in very little time I was back in business. The tech was great and very personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

I called for service because my garage door spring broke and caused a loud noise. I was told a technician was available same day. Tanner was the technician who came out to repair our garage door, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done same day and efficiently, and he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

I have been having problems with these doors off and on. I am 71 years old and tired of messing with it. I called and talked to your receptionist. She was very professional and took my info. Matt called around 4:00 and he had a great attitude he was very professional. He took care of the problem and now I can open the door without my back hurting. We have used Precision for several years from repairing an older door to putting in a new one that we have been very pleased with. We have had a couple service calls with some of the mechanics but it was easily fixed and the service team is very professional.
