Answered my call at 5:36pm on a Friday made an appointment for 8:00am the next day.The technician showed up on time and fixed my garage door in no time for the price I was quoted. Outstanding service on a weekend nevertheless.

We called Precision Door on Saturday after experiencing damage to the roller channels on our garage door. Precision offered to send a technician out on Sunday, but we were able to get the door closed and elected to wait until a weekday for service. They scheduled & texted our appointment time, then texted a reminder day before, texted a picture of the technician 15 minutes before the appointment, then the technician called 10 minutes before to verify I was home. All great communication! Our technician, Cade, arrived as scheduled, fixed the door like new, answered all our questions, discussed homeowner tips, and left us feeling that we received an excellent value for his service and for our time! Thank you, Cade!!

I had two 10x10 doors installed on my shop, I’m very happy with them. The installation was done in one day, and the guys were awesome, polite, competent and efficient. Recently I noticed a window in the door was leaking. I called Precision and two young men came out, I expected them to take care of the problem. Instead the one in charge said, just put silicone on it. Unacceptable, I’ll contact the local office Monday.

Many thanks for the excellent service today, just a day after I called with an emergency. The spring on my 2003 garage door had broken, and I could not even get the door open manually. When calling Precision, they answered immediately and an appointment was made for a service call the next day. The work of the technician exceeded my expectations. He checked the condition of the doors and explained my options for repair and parts replacement. After going over various scenarios and price breakdowns, we agreed to repair and replace several parts. On one of my doors, I now have a lifetime warranty. The other door was worked on and functions much more smoothly. I felt no pressure to buy unnecessary parts. Both doors sound better and are functioning more smoothly. After this competent work, my hope is the doors will be functioning without incident for years to come. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

On 3/29/24 Precision Door technician Cade Mercell repaired our garage door that was not operating properly. Cade arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and got the door operating well. He was totally professional and answered any questions that my wife and I had. …In addition, the appointment was made on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM and Cade arrived the next morning at 11:00 AM. Replaced garage door opener. It took a week after I contacted them to get my garage door opener replaced. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing. I am happy with the final product. BUT the price was HIGH. Get estimates from other companies also.

Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. Nice service man came on Sunday and showed me everything wrong with my door My new door is ordered. Can’t wait to have it installed. Lots of new features!!! Highly recommend!!!

David and Matt did a great job of getting my door repaired. They were professional and courteous. My door was fixed in a timely manner. There was good communication throughout the process. I was very glad to see a company that had a “late” window of service that worked with my work schedule. I couldn’t believe how quiet the door is when in operation now!
