I called Precision and was speaking to a human in under a minute. Bridget was very friendly and helpful and scheduled a repairman for the same day. David communicated with me throughout the day letting me know exactly when he would be there. I was not present for the repairs since I was away on work, but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He assessed the problem and fixed it (replaced the broken springs and several other parts) in just over an hour. Very professional organization. Thank you!

I'd highly recommend not having this company come to your home for a repair. No attempt was made to repair our garage door. I basically had to pay $50 to have them try and sell me a new garage door.

Well I chose them because overhead door only works til 3:30 or 4 and that doesn’t work for someone like me who works til 5 or 6 everyday!! I was helped on the phone by a very nice young man and then Drew came out and fixed my garage door!! Very professional on both ends!!!

I saw your commercial on TV. It said you could call 24/7, fast response time, all needed parts on truck and expert technicians. All true. I called on Thursday evening and your technician, Jacob Baggett, arrived at 9:30 Friday morning, did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener and was finished by 10:30. It was a pleasure working with your company and would highly recommend to anyone needing quick, professional service.

Absolutely no complaints with the quality of service or the capability and professionalism of the technician. BUT....the price! All of the exact SAME parts can be found online with their current prices. This tells me why the bill was not itemized. That said, it translated to the labor charge alone being $200 for less than 1 hour. We should all be in the garage door business!

Had to have service on one door, but got a very fair bid to replace both the two door and the single door. Had a service call 5 months later and they arrived within 30 minutes the same day of when they said they would be there. No charge and took about 15 minutes. They replaced everything!!! Great workmanship with obvious pride in their work. Saw it on morning news just after the door broke and they were out later that day. Repaired the single and came back within weeks and replaced both.

Dear Patrick, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. First, all employees have been very courteous and professional. I first knew of your company when I requested an evaluation of the garage door when performing a pre-purchase home inspection. I am curious if the information provided to me after a purchase service call was also provided to the seller. Appears the door and opening mechanism is a "safety issue". The motor is failing which is the actual cause of the remote and wall switch working randomly. Upon assessment, it is recommended that the door be replaced which would include the motor and other items. This is substantial expense that I will now have to incur. I needed to provide some basic lubrication/maintenance as it had been some time. The door was a little loud. They came out same day, performed a routine annual maintenance, changed out some rollers, lubricated, etc. The tech showed me how I can lubricate at each spot at the right interval. The door is like new and I now know what I should be doing. Very satisfied!
