I received absolute amazing customer service from Precision Door. Tuesday at approximately 4:00 PM I hit the button to close my garage door. When I got inside my home I heard a very load pop. When I returned to the garage to check on the issue I immediately discovered the door spring had snapped. I wasn't sure who to call but remembered an advertisement in a sales flyer I receive monthly about Precision so I decided to give them a call. When the phone was answered they immediately started working to get me a time and date for the repair. The customer service representative responded that someone could be out within the next hour. I was amazed because I had expected a couple days before someone would be able to respond and repair my door. Sam Manes arrived within the hour and immediately started work on the door. He replaced the broken spring and suggested adding a second which should have been done when the door was originally installed. He was very knowledgeable and was completed within the hour. In the future there will be no searching for garage door service/repair because Precision has my business.

Garage door was getting louder when used and wasn’t seating when closed leaving small gap. Stephen was on time, professional, and super knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options on what was needed and cost. He had our door sounding much quieter than before as well as the door being tight to the ground. Great experience with Stephen and Precision, would definitely use again.

Seth did a great job putting the new garage door in. He explained that the 1/2 horsepower open was not enough for the over sized garage door. It is so quiet you can not even hear it go up and down.

Our technician Jacob was phenomenal. He not only made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way and saved us some money but he was just a really nice person and made you feel super comfortable with everything. Dear Patrick, Jason came out and replaced two broken springs on my home garage door. He did not an excellent job I have nothing bad to say about him. I do have a real problem with the cost of two springs. This is your standard double door aluminum 18x7. I went in Lowe’s website and there most experience spring is $231.21 for a pair. Yours were $468.00. If this is correct please let me know so I can adjust my recommendations from very good to very expense. Thank you for asking I hope to hear from you John Lindsey

I would like to say that Stephen is awesome. Why? Cause I sent him pictures in a text of cables that needed replaced and he had me an appointment the next day to get those replaced. He went above and beyond to make sure that problem was resolved quickly. Thanks to Steve Colley for installing the new cables. He did an amazing job as well.

Drew was awesome! He took his time and inspected all my repair / problems / door damage. He explained things in a way that was totally understandable. I learned a lot from him. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and installation process to make sure my door was superior to my expectations. After reviewing my options, I purchased the Endurance 300. Mainly because I am in my 60's and the Lifetime Warrantee gives me a complete peace of mind that I will not have to worry about having any problems in the future.
