We called to have the coil spring replaced. An inspection revealed the need to rebuild the garage door. Our tech was able to show me the cracks in the hinges and the worn rollers and parts. I could see the wear and tear of thirty years and we agreed to update everything. We were given accurate information and fair pricing. The work was done quickly and everything runs so much better.

Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. We love using Precision! We our garage door broke, and they came out the next day to replace it. Just last week with all the snow the seal froze to the ground and they came out and fixed it two days after my call. It's important to note that I told them it wasn't urgent just when they had time to come by. I love how they always send a profile of who is coming to your house. It gives you a real peace of mind!
