We used Precision Door aproximately 4 years ago, purchasing our garage door and opener ... they were wonderful! So we called them again, this time for problems with the door not opening and sometimes not closing and needing our remotes reset. Dustin Mclean came out this morning and checked, adjusted and oiled everything. He also recommended a surge protector for the opener (great idea). I highly recommend Dustin Mclean and Precision Door. Professional, Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable.

Wesley was a rock-star. He and his partner showed-up exactly on time and got right to work on our damaged garage door. Wesley personified what great customer service is all about: friendly and informed me of what they were there to do and got it all done in a timely manner. Furthermore, I asked about having him install an outdoor keypad and it was great to hear that he had one on the truck and could install it right then. Not only did they install it, they also programmed it to work right the first time.

Not cheap. But after two failed attempts with another company at fixing our issue, it appears they have resolved the problem and with a lifetime warranty! They were here maybe an hour or more, and had us up and running smoother than ever before.

Jacob was out technician who determined that our opener motor was burned out. We chose to purchase and have installed a new system. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He gave us a $25 discount for having been career teachers. The new system is amazing! Ours was ancient. He replaced unsafe wiring and a new opener box by our door. My first use of Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley has been a pleasant experience. My garage door counterbalance spring broke on a Saturday, I researched repair companies and decided on Precision Garage Door Repair NWA & River Valley. My decision was based on information presented over the internet on various company websites. I was immediately impressed with Precision’s site and contacted them the following Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. and made an appointment with their service person same day between 10-12 noon. I received a call from Justin Peterson at 10:00 a.m. notifying me he was on his way and was about 10 minutes away. Justin arrived at about 10:15 a.m. Justin inspected the damage and estimated the cost to replace the counterbalance spring to get the current door operational. The current door was 20 years old and basically worn out so I had Justin quote me a new replacement door. I decided to order the new door. Precision did not have stock for the door size, color and style I had chosen so Justin placed an order with estimated arrival in 2-4 weeks. Justin helped me raise the broken door so I could remove my vehicles from the garage for access. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. My new door arrived in 5 weeks-3 days and scheduled installation 5 days later at 1:00 p.m. On installation day I received a call from Chris Wickham of Precision Garage Door at 12:30 p.m. He left a voicemail: said he was in route and would arrive in 20 minutes. Chris and another Technician, Chris (last name unknown) arrived on time and started installing at 1:00 p.m. Chris Wickham estimated he would be done in an hour and by 2:00 p.m. both Chris’s were finished including area cleanup. Chris Wickham took the time to instruct me on door maintenance and answering any questions I had. As with Justin Peterson before them, both Chris’s were very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I have only had the new door for a few days but I am impressed with the quality of the product, its smoothness of operation including how quiet the door rolls. I did not replace my chain-driven operator drive but the new door and the quality of the installation reduced the operating noise considerably, an unexpected plus. Finally, working with the Precision personnel from beginning to end was a pleasure and I would be remiss not to also mention the office personnel I communicated with throughout the experience: Office Manager Heather Anderson and her team and product discussion with Lee Kincaid. When I backed into one of our closed garage doors, thinking it was open, I didn't realize the damage I had done to the door. I was more worried about my car. A few years later, Precision came out to fix a spring on another garage door and noticed the damage to the door I'd backed into and the strain it was putting on the door. They said it needed to be fixed and might even be dangerous! We ordered three new garage doors. Since our original doors were custom built and painted, it was quite a decision to find a replacement look I'd be happy with. Precisions folks were so helpful. They listened to what we were looking for as a replacement and helped give us several options and cost ranges. We decided on the perfect doors to replace our custom doors and upgrade our look. They were installed yesterday. We love them. The installers set us up with new everything, rails, doors and remote entry. Heck, the lighting on the doors are now motion lights and brighten our garage making it safer. They were so nice, professional and took care of everything. They even cleaned up after themselves! The doors are super quiet and smooth. We couldn't be happier! From top to finish, Precision was wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

I called Precision to fix a broken spring. They came out promptly and gave a bid of $1100.00 to my wife. I told them to to leave. I then called Southwest Garage Door Co who came out and fixed my garage doo for $175.00. I paid Precision their $49.95 service fee and save almost $1000.00 by using Southwest. Thanks Precision for costing me and extra $50 for nothing. You guys are the storm chasers of garage doors. I won’t waste my time calling you again.

So my two garage doors, one double, one single were 18 years old. We had already had two expensive service calls in that time on the double. So when the spring broke on the single, I got the number from the TV ad and called before 7 am and got an answer on the second ring. I had a repairman out the same day and he was extremely professional and showed us how worn out our rollers were and we already knew we would have to replace the cracked lower panel (again). But he gave us a reasonable price for total replacement. And I do mean total replacement. The tracks, the outer trim and not a scrap of trash left. I would use them again in a heart beat. They came when they said they would (both times) and gave great service with a smile and professionalism. A throwback company if you will.

Precision Door Service lives up to their name “service”. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called their 24 hour phone number and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jacob, emailed me his picture and bio in the morning. He then notified us when he was on his way. Jacob could not have been more friendly. He reviewed my door, told me what work needed to be done as well as some additional suggestions that would make my 21 year old door work better. Once approved Jacob went to work and quickly finished the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.

My garage door was intermittently malfunctioning and I could not pinpoint the problem. I learned that Precision Door Services had the hours of services that fit my work schedules. The service appointment was set with the very friendly office staff. The office staff sent my phone a photo of my service technician prior to my appointment. My service technician named Jacob called me prior to my appointment time advising me he was running several minutes early. Upon greeting Jacob I immediately noticed the clean and new looking professional service van. Jacob presented himself to be wearing a nice service uniform and well kept. Jacob was knowledgeable and communicated very well. He diagnosed my problems and provided the installation of the new drive motor system in a timely manner. I got exactly what I needed at a cost that was comfortable to me. From initial contact to service completion the team at Precision Door Services of Northwest Arkansas was outstanding.
