I called Precision to fix a broken spring. They came out promptly and gave a bid of $1100.00 to my wife. I told them to to leave. I then called Southwest Garage Door Co who came out and fixed my garage doo for $175.00. I paid Precision their $49.95 service fee and save almost $1000.00 by using Southwest. Thanks Precision for costing me and extra $50 for nothing. You guys are the storm chasers of garage doors. I won’t waste my time calling you again.

So my two garage doors, one double, one single were 18 years old. We had already had two expensive service calls in that time on the double. So when the spring broke on the single, I got the number from the TV ad and called before 7 am and got an answer on the second ring. I had a repairman out the same day and he was extremely professional and showed us how worn out our rollers were and we already knew we would have to replace the cracked lower panel (again). But he gave us a reasonable price for total replacement. And I do mean total replacement. The tracks, the outer trim and not a scrap of trash left. I would use them again in a heart beat. They came when they said they would (both times) and gave great service with a smile and professionalism. A throwback company if you will.

Precision Door Service lives up to their name “service”. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called their 24 hour phone number and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jacob, emailed me his picture and bio in the morning. He then notified us when he was on his way. Jacob could not have been more friendly. He reviewed my door, told me what work needed to be done as well as some additional suggestions that would make my 21 year old door work better. Once approved Jacob went to work and quickly finished the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.

My garage door was intermittently malfunctioning and I could not pinpoint the problem. I learned that Precision Door Services had the hours of services that fit my work schedules. The service appointment was set with the very friendly office staff. The office staff sent my phone a photo of my service technician prior to my appointment. My service technician named Jacob called me prior to my appointment time advising me he was running several minutes early. Upon greeting Jacob I immediately noticed the clean and new looking professional service van. Jacob presented himself to be wearing a nice service uniform and well kept. Jacob was knowledgeable and communicated very well. He diagnosed my problems and provided the installation of the new drive motor system in a timely manner. I got exactly what I needed at a cost that was comfortable to me. From initial contact to service completion the team at Precision Door Services of Northwest Arkansas was outstanding. I had 3 new garage door openers installed yesterday including having two doors rebuilt (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, etc.) and upgraded a third (spring, bearings and rollers). Justin Peterson is an Amazing Representative of your company! He was courteous, timely, professional and knowledgeable. Having a garage door that had trapped my car indoors, he arrived and diagnosed the issue right away and gave me my alternatives with cost in a straight forward manner that helped take the sting out of the less than fun reality of my day. No one wants home repairs and cost so he was able to take it to a level where we could simply concentrate on how best to address the situation for a long term solution. Customer service is a tough business and Justin made a believer out of my family, especially when we have had prior service calls that were less severe but still costly that did not leave us feeling respected as customers so keep up the Outstanding Work! ??????????

Trenton was a true professional! He was pleasant and easy to work with. He made my repair which was under warranty. He also lubricated and checked my door for any other issues. He explained what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Additionally, I called on a Monday morning and got same day service! I purchased my new garage door last summer from them. We are impressed with the service and products. Called Precision in the morning, we had a friendly and professional service tech show up at the house about 2:30pm. Trenton took the time to thoroughly inspect our existing 27 yr old damaged system and explain his recommendations and our options. By 5pm, he was cleaning up and showing us the features of our brand new, tech advanced and super quiet garage door system. Trenton was fantastic and he left our garage cleaner than he found it! We feel the pricing was fair and service was top shelf. Very happy.

Your technician arrived in a timely fashion and fixed our problems expeditiously. He noted some wood rot which will probably require replacement in 3 -5 years; told me what I needed to do to maintain the door in the meantime; sold me a can of garage door lubricant, and demonstrated how and where to use it .

Great experience today with Precision. First time online chat for service on a Sunday. Trenton came right out first thing Monday morning. Professional & knowledgeable all the way. Went over the particulars and what needed to be changed. Quoted a fair price, He had the parts on the truck, completed the job in just over an hour. Also made sure I was happy with the results. My son got a new door from Precision a year ago and had a great experience, so when our door broke recently, I called Precision on a Saturday and they had a technician, Trenton Dunn, at my house within 2 hours, which was earlier than promised. He texted me on the way and I even got a picture of him so I could recognize him when he arrived. Trenton was fantastic--very professional and excellent at pointing out the what happened, why and my options. In the end, I decided to upgrade to new insulated garage doors and what I think is a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision based on this experience working with Trenton.

We are very pleased with the professional job Steve Colley did in repairing our garage doors. We have lived in Bella Vista 19 years and there were several issues we were having with the double-door garage door and also with the two single-door garage doors.
