Garage door was getting louder when used and wasn’t seating when closed leaving small gap. Stephen was on time, professional, and super knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options on what was needed and cost. He had our door sounding much quieter than before as well as the door being tight to the ground. Dear Patrick, Jason came out and replaced two broken springs on my home garage door. He did not an excellent job I have nothing bad to say about him. I do have a real problem with the cost of two springs. This is your standard double door aluminum 18x7. I went in Lowe’s website and there most experience spring is $231.21 for a pair. Yours were $468.00. If this is correct please let me know so I can adjust my recommendations from very good to very expense. Thank you for asking I hope to hear from you John Lindsey

I would like to say that Stephen is awesome. Why? Cause I sent him pictures in a text of cables that needed replaced and he had me an appointment the next day to get those replaced. I had a quick response to my issue but they switched original appointment for an earlier time which was great but when I got the reminder it was the original appointment time not the new one. The tech was very helpful and called me about the cause of problems and the solution. Then he states that the door and mechanisms are old and need to be replaced. I therefore asked another company for a second opinion and they did not agree it needed replacing.

I’ll be honest, traditional advertising still works. The TV ad jingle “Precision door service, a name you can trust” came to mind when I noticed a broken spring on my 20 year old door. I made the call in the afternoon and the service was scheduled for first thing the next morning. I received a text prior to the appointment with time and date verification as well as a picture and brief bio of the technician. The young man, Acoya, who showed up to do the repair was top notch. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend PDS for your garage door needs.
