We needed a spring replaced and chose the first name we came across. We were told to not use Precision, for various reasons, but preferred to make our own decision based on actual service. I was immediately concerned when the first concern mentioned was supposed dry rot on the door. I asked to see it and it was simply a scrape on the door. He continued to point out "issues" that should be addressed. It was obvious the bill would be padded by unnecessary work. The quoted price was only if the tube was not dented too much. It would then be an additonal cost bringing the total to well over $500. I lost trust in him the moment he tried to say there was dry rot and figured he was setting it up to say the tube needed to be replaced when he was finished. There are many complaints about Precision Door. I had them validated today. I recommend you rethink the ethics training and teach your workers how to be fair in the actual job and stop trying to pad the bill. It is my assumption the "higher ups" tell them to do this. I called someone that was actually referred to me and he was here with in the hour of your employee leaving. He replaced both springs and the rollers, checked the "concerns" pointed out to me which was several things, and saw no issues that needed to be addressed out side of tightening a couple of nuts and bolts....at no extra charge. The total cost...$343.90. I will not recommend your service to anyone. By your shady business practices and high cost, you are putting yourself out of business. Good luck with that. On a brighter note, the young man was polite, even when I called him out on his business practices. Retrain him he just might be a good employee. Sincerely, Debi.

If I could give a half star, I would. I think the rep was kind and knowledgeable but did not care for the “sales pitch” to get me to buy new doors and an overpriced new motor. I had to pay $50 for someone to come out and not fix my issue but instead tell me that his overpriced motor ($1300) may not even work. Very very disappointed!

Still awaiting my receipt for payment of work done. Earliest appointment was 48 hours from time of call for service. Your repairman was on time and worked efficiently to replace the broken garage door springs. He ensured the job was done to my satisfaction. I found it a little surprising that the company could not give me an estimate of cost if the spring was the only problem. I rate the repairman a 4 or 5. The overall experience was a three due to receipt and response.

Extremely impressed. On time arrival with a 15 minute pre arrival call. The team, Wes and Drew, were excellent. They were courteous and competent. They were able to answer all my questions. Justin and his Team have been awesome from the start. During Covid these guys were here installing a new door a lift motor. They have returned and handled any concerns we have have in a timely manner and in 105 degree weather. I will not call anyone else fair price and great reliable service!

This company was great, got an appointment very quickly and they were all very nice. Stephen, my technician, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and nice and gave me great tips on how to better take care of my garage door motor. Dustin carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue and what was needed to repair the door to working order. Also showed a repair/replacement estimate. After repair he ensured that the repair was correct, and made necessary adjustments to get the door opening/closing correctly.
