Our technician, Drew Bates, was extremely courteous and professional. He walked me through every step that he was going to take in not only repairing our garage door, and why he was going to do what he did, but he also explained the cause of the issue. Everything, from the response time from when I made the initial call, to the text that I received with a photo and background info on the technician, to the work that was performed in a very timely and professional manner by a quality technician like Drew, made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. Drew and Andrew were great to work with. We originally called them to replace a torsion spring that had busted. Drew identified major issues with our current garage door and system that had been "fixed" by the previous owner over the years. He suggested replacing the door but was not pushy in his pitch. We ultimately went with a full replacement of the door and unit. Install was three days later with Andrew. Andrew did a great job at explaining the new features of the unit and how to change/disconnect any features we didn't want to use. Very satisfied with Precision and its staff. I don't anticipate needing them again, given the quality of their work, but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services.

I was having trouble with my garage door opener. I worked on it and worked on it myself trying to fix the problem but it just kept recurring. The service man came out, identified the problem and after about two hours had the problem resolved. I have had zero issues since and am quite pleased.

I had a new insulated door installed and am extremely pleased with the results. The installers (Chad and Aaron) were very professional and did a great job. The window arrangement was built incorrectly by the manufacturer, but they brought it to my attention immediately after they unpacked it. They assured me a new on would be ordered and installed as soon as it came in. I have never had a quieter door.

I would give this 5 stars....however...I just got back from the grocery store, just hours after the guys finished and discovered 2 dents in the panel just below the panel with the windows in it. I am sick about this. I have taken pictures of them and will text them to you. If you're looking straight on you don't notice them so much but at an angle, they are quite noticeable. The installers were great guys but as expensive as this door was, I wanted it to be perfect. Very disappointed!

This is my second time to use Precision door service for my garage door. The first time, I used a technician Seth Ottino, who so impressed me in the installation of a new door lifting system that I decided after that that I would only use Precision for my garage door service. ( I had used at least two other services before. They were okay, but not up to the standards that this Precision service showed me). When my garage door became inoperable after a slight accident, I called Precision and got Chris Wickham as a technician. Needless to say, the service was performed in a most timely manner, and was first class. I will only use Precision from now on due to these two great technicians and the great service I received!

What a great experience with Precision. The coupon in the mail is what brought us to Precision. Their attention to detail in installing a whole new system was great. But the follow up service is what really impressed me. I called for a service on a Monday morning, and had a great reception for what I needed. They actually ended up sending Wes out the same day, and this guy knows his stuff. Precision sent a photo and bio before he arrived, so you knew what to expect, and he didn't shortcut anything. When we called, the office personal were courteous and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to repair our broken garage door. The two technicians that came were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job. In no time we had a rebuilt door including a new and very quiet door opener. A few days ago we noticed light coming into the garage when the door was closed. Again we called and received the same professional service. In a matter of a few hours a technician arrived and with a few adjustments had the door closing properly. Better yet we were not charged for the service. We support veteran owned businesses. This is a wonderful example of their service and we highly recommend them.
