Travis arrived promptly, was professional, and clearly & carefully explained the issues, options and cost to me. As a Fayettville resident, I would recommend the servicing, safety and quality. However, when I called to request service I asked what the possibility of the charge would be after describing my issue, not realizing that there were factors that weren't considered in the 'quote'.. No more than $200 was advised when scheduling the service however the tech who I thourghly believe was honest and forthcoming about the status of my garage's current aging condition, indicated a possible $1000 bill was the clear and obvious reality. I hope the quoting process can be addressed but the tech was refreshing to the experience for a safer peice of mind when resolving a pre-existing issue not discovered in our prior home inspection.

On the phone, we were told there was a $49.95 fee for the technician to come to my house on a Sunday. Then she told me that worst case scenario the springs would be $158. We needed 1 spring. However, if we had replaced BOTH springs, that total would have been $158 +$158+$49.95. My math shows that as $365.95. The technician quoted us a minimum of $510. We still have a broken door and we are out $49.95 for nothing. I understand the weekend service call but I don’t quite understand the difference in price. He told us he could “patch” our garage until a new door came in but wouldn’t even do that when we declined to over pay for almost $1000 for a new door. Also, prior to the tech visit, we priced other places for a brand new garage door and received a quote of $1400 INSTALLED and his lowest price quoted to us was approx $2400. Thanks for the weekend service call but we will go another route.

Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. Precision Door NWA was able to replace my existing garage door. They did a very good job. Wes and Donovan were the gentlemen who came and took down the old garage door and replaced it with a new door. They not only exchanged the door panels but they also replaced tracking, garage door opener, and they completely cleaned up the garage after themselves. It was very nice having the technicians to explain as I visited with them.

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.

Two days ago I saw an advertisement on TV for Precision Doors. I thought to myself, I like the way this commercial sounds and looks, I need to remember this company. Little did I know that the next day the spring on my garage door would break. I called Precision about 5:30 on Thursday night. My call was answered by a real person, not a call service or answering machine. I told Taylor what had happened, she was very nice and told me she could have someone out the next day. Technician Steve came out the next day, took a look at my broken spring and recommended some other work be done along with the fixing of the spring. My garage door and hardware was about 20 years old and really did need some updating. Steve changed out both springs, all the wiring, all the rollers and some other things. My garage door opens like it's brand new. It is so quiet, it's never been this quiet since I've lived here! Steve wasn't pushy about fixing all of this, it was just his recommendation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and made me feel like it was important to them to take care of me. I highly recommend Precision Door for any of your door needs.
