Aaron text a picture so I knew who was coming. I got text and email reminders. They stayed in touch and showed up on time. These days it is hard to find companies thar do that. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgable about his job. He made the best of his time and was done very quickly. Very professional company. I will definitely recommend them to other people.

During the snowstorm my old garage door opener ceased to work. I called Precision and they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, installed the needed equipment and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. From the time the worker arrived to the time he left was about an hour and a half. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.

I definitely wanted to give a great review to our technician that came out today. He was timely and caring. He wore his mask every time he interacted with my son and I. I called Precision after seeing a TV ad.. Justin Peterson arrived early for the appointment after calling first. My old garage door was almost 20 years old and there were many issues which he patiently explained to me in detail. He explained my options and ordered my new door and opener. Wes Smith was the technician who installed my new door. He was also excellent. He arrived on time and besides installing the new door and opener, he helped me understand the new features and even swept out the garage. Every step of this transaction was professionally done. I love my new door and opener and am so happy to have the insulated door.

Patrick Behrens responded very quickly, within 2 hours, to my call for help to repair our garage door. The door had a broken spring and other issues making it unusable. He assessed the issues within minutes of his arrival, provided a detailed estimate of his proposed repairs, and once I approved he completed the repairs in minimal time...in total about 4 hours from the time I placed the call. Patrick was very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Precision and especially Patrick to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

So far, so good. I called a couple of days ago and got an appointment for this morning between 8-10. Steve Cooley called to let me know when he would arrive and arrived early. After doing his inspection of the non-working garage door, he explained to me what was needed and then repeated this all for my elder father whose door it is. Steve was articulate, friendly and gave a clear explanation and then listed to my father's questions and answered them until Dad was ready to move forward. Steve was very patient with both Dad and, me as he gave us the options. We ended up ordering a replacement for the decades old worn out door. I expect that once it arrives, the installation will be performed well if today is any indication. Steve is a tremendous asset to your company - a real shining star. Thank you.

I have never had such a quick response to a service call. Dayton came and quickly solved my problem and checked the system and gave me an assessment of what to look for in case other things are needed. Very polite young man

Had a spring break on our garage. Called Precision and they had a tech scheduled to check it out next day, on the weekend as well! Justin Peterson arrived on time and was very professional. Explained everything very thoroughly and pointed out how the spring likely had been an issue for a while and was causing problems with other parts of the system (metal shavings in the chain and drive.) Our system is 25+ years old so I knew it was a matter of time, but the knowledge Justin shared helped me understand now may be the right time to update. Justin answered all of our questions and explained the operation and process for our new install that we chose to go with. He was even able to repair the faulty spring and get our current door operable for the time being while we wait on our new door to come in (quoted 5-6 weeks due to all the shipping delays that are the new norm.) Nice surprise, got the call today that our order will be in early (only 3 weeks waiting.) Looking forward to the install. Based on our experience so far I'm sure everything will be smooth.

My garage door was beginning to show major signs of wear. Then one evening the spring on the door broke. I had been seeing the green vans around the area, so, I gave Precision Door a call. The prices were in line with most of the garage repair services. Some were higher, some were lower. The salesman that came out to look at replacing the door was very knowledgeable and gave me good quotes on the price of the door. I went with insulated door because my water heater and HVAC were in the garage. He told me that they would replace the single spring with a double spring to help with the even opening of the door. He also told me it would be best to replace the opener. To be honest, the opener was not expensive, and I would have a guarantee with the whole system. Two weeks later, George (the installer) showed up on time and fixed everything immaculately. He also showed my how to set up the wifi app on my opener and even how to program any device that I would get to open the door. I now can open and close my garage door from anywhere I have cell service. I highly recommend using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and checking out the warranty on their service.

Excellent response time and service! Trenton Dunn was a pleasure to work with, displayed professionalism, very friendly and knowledgeable. He left the door operating better than it was prior to the breakdown: the cable was broken and the door had partly jumped the track. He took the time to explain operational features of both the doors and the opener, gave me maintenance tips and programmed my remote controls. Well done Trenton!

We only wish we would have received the review at the time of our service rather than 4 months after we had been to your home, perhaps then we would have been more able to help you become a satisfied customer. We never like to hear that a customer would feel pressured into any decision, as it is our practice to show you the worn parts before ever recommending replacement. Most garage doors are made up of a system of 2 springs, pulleys, rollers, cables, hinges and assorted nuts and bolts. When a part fails, whether it be due to lack of maintenance, the amount of usage, or other contributing factors, it is common to find additional items associated with this failure. I did look over the photos and safety inspection we had completed while in your garage. Your door unfortunately had numerous failing parts including but not limited to a broken spring, damaged cables along with worn center and end bearings. It is always a homeowners choice as to which option they choose, but for homeowners staying in their homes, the best long term solution is to fix the system as a whole, rather than piecing it back together over time, as old parts can drag down the life of new parts. Although everyone's budget and situation is different, our customers over the years have spoken and seem to appreciate our transparent, honest and educational approach. Ultimately, we are pleased to know that you did get these items repaired, as they were potentially dangerous and of serious concern. My appointment was made for the same day. The service technicians (one was a trainee) were great. The reason for a 4 is the price and the lack of a 3.5. I had two garage door openers installed (due to two existing ones having stripped belt drives) and I was unpleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I made a decision on the spot to go ahead and replace, but in hindsight I would not have had the units replaced, if I had slept on it overnight. I would encourage people to get more that one quote.
