Justin and his Team have been awesome from the start. During Covid these guys were here installing a new door a lift motor. They have returned and handled any concerns we have have in a timely manner and in 105 degree weather. I will not call anyone else fair price and great reliable service!

This company was great, got an appointment very quickly and they were all very nice. Stephen, my technician, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and nice and gave me great tips on how to better take care of my garage door motor. I absolutely love how they send a text with the picture and name of the technician before they arrive so you know who to expect!

The technician was prompt and polite,we had a new door installed in December, one panel broke I waited since beginning of March for a replacement panel the technician came on 18 July to finally replace it and it was the wrong color so still not fixed and not happy

The team from Precision Garage Door was at my home within 24 hours of me calling them. Steve did an assessment of the existing garage door opener and went over the recommended options. I chose to replace my garage door opener with a newer more powerful opener. They were able to install the new opener, program the remotes and give me a quick training session all in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our door wouldn’t open last year & I didn’t know who to call, I just called Persission door & they came right out & we didn’t know that the spring had broken as well until the tech pointed it out! It cost a lot of money but it’s been well worth it as we were given a lifetime warranty! When it wouldn’t close last evening I called & the nice guy came this evening & had it fixed in just a minute!! & no charge??

We used Precision Door aproximately 4 years ago, purchasing our garage door and opener ... they were wonderful! So we called them again, this time for problems with the door not opening and sometimes not closing and needing our remotes reset. Dustin Mclean came out this morning and checked, adjusted and oiled everything. He also recommended a surge protector for the opener (great idea). I highly recommend Dustin Mclean and Precision Door. Professional, Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable.

Wesley was a rock-star. He and his partner showed-up exactly on time and got right to work on our damaged garage door. Wesley personified what great customer service is all about: friendly and informed me of what they were there to do and got it all done in a timely manner. Furthermore, I asked about having him install an outdoor keypad and it was great to hear that he had one on the truck and could install it right then. Not only did they install it, they also programmed it to work right the first time.
