I was having multiple issues with my garage door opener, broken remotes and a garage door that was falling apart. Worn out, my opener was noisy and my door was making loud booms both just setting idle and operating - original equipment since purchase of my home in 1994. I had seen Precision Door trucks in the area when driving around town and my sister used them for her new garage door install and she was very happy with their service. While on vacation for a week, and wanted to get the problem resolved, I went on their website at 11:00 PM at night and used the CHAT NOW feature to learn more. They took care of setting up an appointment for me! The next day, their senior technician Steve Colley came out promptly and measured for a new insulated replacement door to be ordered and in the meantime replaced my old opener with a new LiftMaster Elite. He got my existing broken garage door running on the new opener until the new door would later arrive. I was impressed by all the new features of the LiftMaster Elite. A nice operating manual comes with it and I really like the inside garage control panel and emergency power feature to open your door when the power is out! Steve took the time to explain all the operational features and programmed my two remote controls for me. He was very friendly and a hard working man that got the job done right. He left telling me I could call him if I had any questions. This is excellent customer service!

I needed to find out why my door was making so much noise, I saw the TV add and called to set up an appointment. Aaron was able to come the same afternoon and gave me his suggestions and quotes. I decided to go with replacing my 20 year old garage door with a new one. It will be installed in 3 to 4 weeks.

We bought our complete door and motor in December of 2019 the install was smooth! Love our new door, we had some noise increase in October 2020, they came out and reajusted our door, it is quiet again, I would buy again from precision door! Also they respond very fast on the on line chat, I set up my adjustment appointment through it, perfect!

Travis was very professional and explained everything. I was not thrilled to have to pay for repairs to a garage door on a recent home purchase, but Travis gave detail on all the repair options available. I would use Precision again, and ask for Travis if available.

Outstanding service. Precision was chosen based on a friend's referral. This was on a Saturday and there was no elevated service charge for it being a weekend. That's a big plus. Less than 30 minutes after I called, Ryan showed up and was at work. He was efficient and indeed precise in his work. Replaced springs, rollers, and cables. Absolutely a 5-star service.
