I queried Google for "Garage Door Repair Companies" and checked the Better Business Bureau to determine that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service had an A+ Rating was the best company to call to fix our garage door problem in Springdale, AR. I called 479-282-3042 and requested to schedule service on our garage door which would not open. Precision scheduled a technician to come over the same day. Precision sent me a text within a couple of hours stating the name of the service technician, Jacob Baggett, and his short bio with the company. Jason called me and then arrived promptly thereafter to assess the problem of the garage door not opening properly. He identified that a loose wire was the problem and repaired it. He lubricated the garage doors, received his payment, and terminating the service call. Jason was personable, intelligent, and professional. Jason provided outstanding customer service to warrant five stars for customer service. I recommend Jason for a pay raise too. Thanks Jason and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

We accidentally lowered our door down onto a rake leaning on the door frame. Oh boy; mistake. It warped the tracking system, bent the guide wheels badly all the way around, & set the 2 car wide door completely askew from its intended position. Holly was instrumental in making sure we had wildly impressive quick service. Our technician was Steve Colley who was equally impressive. BOTH were so personable I was actually 'almost' glad we had this fiasco happen just to be able to meet them! I'd call them again in a heartbeat!

Andrew Sexton installed a new door and opener for us today and did a flawless job once again. Fast, efficient and friendly. Last November Andrew installed 2 garage doors and openers in my shop and did a perfect job. These doors were bought from Home Depot and the openers from Lowes. Excellent customer service & top of the line products is why I used them to install my garage doors and openers. I’ve been super satisfied with them then lightening fried one so they came back out and replaced one. My garage door opener broke on a Sunday morning. Dustin Mclean came out that early afternoon and replaced my garage door opener assembly. He told me my options and he sold me on replacing it with a better garage door opener. Dustin was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Couldn’t do ZERO stars so I’ll settle one 1. We were assigned to this company through our Home Depot order for a garage door install. They called to set up an appt right away. I was so pleased to get an install so quickly, the tech called before arrival and my husband (who had taken off work to be available to the company) waited outside for the tech to arrive. He saw the driver in his truck but, to his knowledge, the tech never got out of his truck and eventually drove away. Later I received an email for the “site survey” with the measurements of our garage (which I already added to the initial order). I assumed someone would call with an update for when the install would take place but two weeks went by. I called today and, after talking to 2 people, I was told that someone would call me back. Finally a callback later and was told “it will be much more expensive because lead was detected”. She didn’t say how much more and was very unprofessional with how she told us the news. She honestly sounded like they didn’t want our business and we were a bother to follow up on this order that was already paid for. We will be looking elsewhere and posting this review elsewhere as well.

Precision Door has always come through for me. I called on a Friday evening after 5:00 PM asking for service. A technician (Justin) showed up at noon on Saturday. He quickly found the source of the problem, fixed it and explained to me what happened. He charged me for only a service call (no labor) of $49.95. In a nutshell, I called Precision Door because of their responsiveness, professionalism and affordability.

The pushy tech and his multiple scare tactics about the state of my door was a bit much. He was informed multiple that all he needed to do was fix the door and no I was not replacing the whole system as even the 12 year old opener was to small. He quoted himself several times as the garage door man. His work is completely satisfactory but he 100% cost you a door and operator when I do replace it.
