I just needed to buy some paint for a touch up on my garage door. The lady there was very helpful in getting it ordered and called me when it was here. It should be noted that I had checked everywhere and they were the only ones who could get the color I needed. I am forever thankful and would buy my next garage door from them when needed.

Our garage door spring broke when I attempted to own the door. I called precision garage door to inquire about a repair and within an hour I had technician arrive and within an hour the spring was replaced and door was working fine. The technician did a great job. I recommend Precision Door will give them a call if ever need garage doors or service in the future.

Our garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday and via live chat feature on the website we scheduled for a Sunday replacement. We chose Precision due to wonderful reviews on both Google and their own website, info on website being consistent with multiple other companies, lifetime warranty mentioned on website and no extra charges for weekend appointments. Our tech arrived a tad early after a phone call making sure that was ok, texted his picture and info and wear very polite. He seemed very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and did not try to sell us things we did not need. We did go with his suggestion of a 2 spring system as all we saw online suggested 2 springs for a double car garage door and had expected this. He inspected other parts of the system (rollers etc) and found them to all be in good shape and not needing repair or replacement. Prior to completing the job he showed us how easily the door raised and lowered by hand (when the opener was not connected of course). Once the opener was turned on there was a popping noise that was not there prior to the repair. The tech explained he had tried to correct a slight side issue and that he would fix it. After he corrected the issue the noise was gone and the door raised and lowered properly. Upon completion I asked about the 2 springs being the proper strength for the door as making sure you're springs weren't to much or to little for your door size was mentioned on several websites I had seen. He assured us that the new springs were indeed the proper strength for the door. He told us that the warranty was 5 years which I questioned due to the website. He explained that the springs were rated at a certain number of cycles and upon review of the website I saw that it states lifetime warranty available on a particular spring so that was not an issue as I misread that. I was emailed an estimate and receipt after the tech left and noticed only one issue, there was a place to sign which neither of us was offered to do. There was a scribble in the spot. I doubt this will be an issue, just something noticed. So my day of repair (06/06/2021) review is 5 stars. As with any review of any product or service, if any issues arise that change my mind I'll make an update on my review.

Had repair service on door installed by Precision in late 2018, much under warranty. Also had service/repair done on an out building's 10 year old door/opener not installed by Precision. Had to replace springs, etc. and install a new opener, with both the originals mis-sized and we were in danger of a total collapse. Steve Colley our technician, recognized this and kept us from a disaster. Steve is a true professional. He really explained everything to us down to all the details and gave us a price before we started and then made the repairs to both our doors, just as he said he would. I would highly recommend Steve and Precision for any and all garage door installations and repairs. We feel better now! Thank you all very much!

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. We had major issues with our whole system and within an hour Steve had our door fixed and almost the entire spring/ track system replaced. The quality of the materials is unmatched, as well as the service that was provided. 10/10

This is my second time with precision doors, the first time I hade one door replaced. this time I had the other door and everything else replaced(rails, motors, springs, etc.) The installer(George...forgot his last name), went above and beyond what was expected by me. He made sure everything was perfectly leveled, centered, etc. He rewired all the old wires, sensors/eyes, and made everything look professional. I had a few boards that the motors mounted too that were splitting, I went to Lowes and bought new ones of which he replaced. I also had both doors insulated, of which I was highly skeptical of the difference that would make since the back door had a one inch space under it to allow carbon monoxide to escape, and the central heat and air doesn't extend to my garage. However since the instillation my garage maintains almost the exact temperature as inside my house, I am amazed by that. The only complaint I have seen in the reviews is the cost of their services. As with all things, you get what you pay for...and I am totally silicified with what I got, for what I payed. When it comes to buying expensive things like computers, welders, and even shoes...you can save a lot of money by buying them from Walmart...but I promise you, they wont last as long. I will definitely recommend others to Procession Doors and no offence to the rest of your guys, but ask for George :) Thanks again.

The hardest part of giving the type of great service that Precision Door is proud of is communication, We appreciate the communication from you regarding your outlook on the service we provided to your daughter Beth, who lives at the residence you wrote this review about. She was there when we provided our service and has written us a 5-star review on Google. As a parent I understand being over protective of our children, even when they are adults. Our technicians pull every damaged or worn out part on a door and then let the customer decide if that part should be replaced or not. We presented those parts to your daughter , who then made the decision to replace her worn and damaged parts with our superior quality parts , such as stainless steel cables. We may give the option of replacing all of the parts on a door , but leave that decision up to our client. Unfortunately you were not present when we at the home , and it is difficult to assess the condition of parts over the phone. We received a 5-star and a 1 -star review on the same job. Of course we would like both reviews to be 5 stars, but we will be happy with knowing the 5 star reveiw was left by the person who actually was present and was able to walk through the worn and broken parts on the door and then make the best decision for her. We wish you and all of your family the best , and hope that your future garage door repair experiences are good ones.

Trenton was on time, very professional, and courteous. After the evaluation on the issue with the problem, gave us a couple options to choose from to get to a solution. He explained everything so we could clearly understand and was very efficient and thorough getting the repair completed. We are very please to have someone of this caliber work on our house/garage. Was very thankful that I was able to get a technician out to my home after I backed into my garage door! I was 4pm and everyone I called wouldn't be able to get to it till the following day, I did not want to leave my garage door open overnight and unsecured, Thankfully Michael Bray was able to get got to my home that evening, he was very informative and quick to asses the issue and had my door up and running in a couple hours! I highly recommend Percision and will be using them for all my garage door needs and will be recommending them to anyone that will be needing service!.
