Precision door was used by my home warranty about two years ago and the two young men that came that day impressed me. Steve Colley has impressed me even more. His overall attitude of what can I do to help you was way above what I’ve seen in other service providers. He even did something I consider extra, at no charge, when my key pad didn’t work. Helping me replace my 9 volt battery. Thanks for such quick and great service. My garage door has never opened and closed as smoothly as it does now.

Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.

After my garage door made a loud bang I saw that one of the wheels had come completely off track. It was 4:00 pm so I called and feared I would be told they wouldn’t be able to help me today, but instead Steve Colley, a technician was at the house by 4:30. Steve was great, explained what needed to be done and provided me with the approximate cost. This company is truly the best, putting customer first.

My garage door broke on Friday night (black Friday) at 8 30 PM. With zero expectations I performed a Google search of the area for garage technicians. My good fortune led me to contact Precision Door Service where the phone was answered by a live human that was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. My good fortune continued when the technician, Steve Colley, showed up on time and completed the servicing quickly and at the price agreed upon. A 5 star service without doubt.

I queried Google for "Garage Door Repair Companies" and checked the Better Business Bureau to determine that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service had an A+ Rating was the best company to call to fix our garage door problem in Springdale, AR. I called 479-282-3042 and requested to schedule service on our garage door which would not open. Precision scheduled a technician to come over the same day. Precision sent me a text within a couple of hours stating the name of the service technician, Jacob Baggett, and his short bio with the company. Jason called me and then arrived promptly thereafter to assess the problem of the garage door not opening properly. He identified that a loose wire was the problem and repaired it. He lubricated the garage doors, received his payment, and terminating the service call. Jason was personable, intelligent, and professional. Jason provided outstanding customer service to warrant five stars for customer service. I recommend Jason for a pay raise too. Thanks Jason and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

We accidentally lowered our door down onto a rake leaning on the door frame. Oh boy; mistake. It warped the tracking system, bent the guide wheels badly all the way around, & set the 2 car wide door completely askew from its intended position. Holly was instrumental in making sure we had wildly impressive quick service. Our technician was Steve Colley who was equally impressive. BOTH were so personable I was actually 'almost' glad we had this fiasco happen just to be able to meet them! I'd call them again in a heartbeat!
