I appreciated the fact that a tech could come out same day and fix my broken springs, but when I called and said I’ve had someone look at it and I just need springs replaced I don’t want to be up-saled to buy a $1,000 door. The tech was insistent we needed a new door then said if we wouldn’t buy the new door we would need to sign off on some “liability” because apparently the door could “fall down” at any moment. Nothing makes me less trusting of a tech when I already know the issues and you try to tell me I need to buy something that isn’t needed. I felt like their price was rather high anyways but once the tech come out I just needed it done. I won’t be calling Precision Door Service again.

One recent Saturday morning we were going out for breakfast and the garage door would not open properly. This left us with no car and no way to go where we needed to. I googled Precision Garage Doors and they had a very high rating. A service man (Jaden Mayor) was sent to our house within two hours and he looked things over and gave us recommendations and quotes. I figured we'd be put on a list to do the job in one or two weeks. However, Jason had everything on his truck and the job was done in a little over an hour. Since then the garage door has been working just fine and we are very happy with Jason's and Precision's work. I would recommend this company.

I saw your AD on tv. Called this AM for repairman. Your great company sent a fantastic repairmen within an hr. I have never had a service man at my home that worked so hard to fix my garage door ever. So very nice and couldn’t ask for anything to go any better. When he finished repairing my door, it is working fantastic. Please let him know how much I appreciate his hard work . Thank you for your prompt service . 24 hour service is the best. Justin arrived earlier than scheduled and took care of the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Plus, takes time to explain the problem and solution. While I would love to give more stars we were not impressed with the service we received! Justin was super nice and seemed knowledgeable but I felt that he was more interested in selling us new doors vs fixing our current one! We can now shut our door but he did not fix the door for us to use it with the opener and we were charged way more then what we thought it would be. We did ask when we called the service center about how much it would cost and they said around $100. We paid $250 +….We had no cables broken, it was off track and the door was torqued but nothing snapped to be replaced. He did replace one of the rollers (but the old one wasn’t broken either) so still confused why the fix of the door was so expensive and it’s not fixed! He really is a great salesman but with a 20 min (possibly less) fix, $250+ is a little crazy on cost of service! Justin was nice I don’t want that to go unnoticed but the cost of the service call was enough for us to think about looking elsewhere for future service and possible purchase of garage doors

Precision Door installed a new garage door for me last August. I was having trouble with the opener. Called for an appointment. Was relieved to have prompt, same day service. Jaden was terrific. He explained about the sensor that had been slightly moved. He helped set up the myQ ap that I was intimidated to do on my own. So relieved. We got new garage doors and garage door openers. We simply love the look of the doors and hoe smooth the garage doors now open. All installers were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. Like most things, we did have a few bumps in the road and Lee the Director of Operations and Kari worked with us through those. The quality of the work and the doors themselves are really good. Would recommend them to anyone.

*Jaden Mayor-fixed everything* *Trenton Dunn-came out first to give the estimate * I couldn't be happier in general with everything overall. I called to get an estimate and they accommodated the very next day by sending a technician out at a time best suited for me. The technician came out, told me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything extra. He showed me on his little computer everything that was needed and the cost plus options I had like an upgraded motor if I wanted to go that route. I had to reschedule to get everything fixed after consulting with my insurance company and when I did, again they accommodated and came the very next day after I called. Jaden Mayor, the newest member for this company came out and was actually about 30 minutes early. He called beforehand just to be sure I was home and was ok he was going to arrive early. Once here he did an initial inspection and just as the previous tech, quoted me thee exact same things as the previous tech. He was 100% straight forward with what I needed and showed me the complete breakdown of parts, labor and total. I told him I had a set amount authorized by my insurance company and that I was trying to stay as close to that amount as possible so I wasn't out of pocket and he managed to execute that, with me only spending a minimal out of my pocket. It took I'm going to say roughly an hour (just a guess) to remove and install a new motor, springs and rail. He cleaned his mess after installation and was very patient while I had to contact my bank over my debit card issue. Usually I would never give a full star rating on anything, just because nothing is ever perfect but in this case, I literally can not think of one single bad thing...AT ALL. From calling to get an estimate, their urgency to my needs, their performance and overall ability to do it fast and efficient the whole time while keeping me informed. I absolutely recommend them and no I don't work for them, affiliate with them or am by any means paid for this review or company. These guys are legit and I'll recommend them all day to anybody with any type of garage repair needs. Thank you Jaden, Trenton and Precision Door Service of NWA.

Joe and I had our new full glass overhead door installed into our home. I am so in love with it and how it looks. It has added such beauty to my home. The door is beautiful and Alex and Mike that installed it was absolutely a delight to work with. They were very well organized, efficient and super friendly and informative. Asked questions on how we wanted certain things done and worked with us on accomplishing that. They went above and beyond to be sure the door was exactly as we wanted it.
