Had to have service on one door, but got a very fair bid to replace both the two door and the single door. Had a service call 5 months later and they arrived within 30 minutes the same day of when they said they would be there. No charge and took about 15 minutes. They replaced everything!!! Great workmanship with obvious pride in their work. Saw it on morning news just after the door broke and they were out later that day. Repaired the single and came back within weeks and replaced both.

Dear Patrick, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. First, all employees have been very courteous and professional. I first knew of your company when I requested an evaluation of the garage door when performing a pre-purchase home inspection. I am curious if the information provided to me after a purchase service call was also provided to the seller. Appears the door and opening mechanism is a "safety issue". The motor is failing which is the actual cause of the remote and wall switch working randomly. Upon assessment, it is recommended that the door be replaced which would include the motor and other items. This is substantial expense that I will now have to incur. I needed to provide some basic lubrication/maintenance as it had been some time. The door was a little loud. They came out same day, performed a routine annual maintenance, changed out some rollers, lubricated, etc. The tech showed me how I can lubricate at each spot at the right interval. The door is like new and I now know what I should be doing. Very satisfied!

Was way to expensive. I was told on the phone it wouldn't cost much more than 170. Plus a military discount. The lady had my email wrong and spelled my name incorrectly after repeating 5 times

I needed to pick up my grandchildren from school in an hour when my garage door's chain broke as I was preparing to leave to do a few errands before school was out. I called Precision Overhead Door and told them my situation. Within 45 minutes, Justin the tech called me and said he was on his way. He was able to manually lift the door and I got my car out. He explained what parts were needed and the cost and I left to go get the kids while he did the work. He was finishing up when I got back and I paid him. We have used Precision Door in the past and the service was excellent. Trenton was on time and did excellent job repairing our door last service call. Precision door was used by my home warranty about two years ago and the two young men that came that day impressed me. Steve Colley has impressed me even more. His overall attitude of what can I do to help you was way above what I’ve seen in other service providers. He even did something I consider extra, at no charge, when my key pad didn’t work. Helping me replace my 9 volt battery. Thanks for such quick and great service. My garage door has never opened and closed as smoothly as it does now.

Your tech was polite and did a good job in the inspection & repairs. However, whenever I was chatting with your website representative on December 11, I was somewhat disappointed. While asking what your service rate was, the rep’s reply stated that it was $89 and that it was waived if the tech completed the work. The rep was confused that it hey had sent me a reply ku intended for someone else. This is very unprofessional and doesn’t make a good impression.
