Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. Nice service man came on Sunday and showed me everything wrong with my door My new door is ordered. Can’t wait to have it installed. Lots of new features!!! Highly recommend!!!

I had a service call scheduled for, what I thought was, a problem. Dakota recognized my description of the problem on the service order before coming out and called to explain what it was and that it was completely normal. I was worried about nothing! We love using Precision! We our garage door broke, and they came out the next day to replace it. Just last week with all the snow the seal froze to the ground and they came out and fixed it two days after my call. It's important to note that I told them it wasn't urgent just when they had time to come by. I love how they always send a profile of who is coming to your house. It gives you a real peace of mind! We will never use anyone else. Thank you, Precision.

Steve arrived within just a couple of hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In a short amount of time he had my 30+ year old Garage door working better than it ever had. We had a technician Drew Bates. He was professional and courteous. But most of all our door was completely repaired and lubricated ad it works great, I was impressed by his ability to repair it completely rather than just the minimal. He saw problems we did not know we needed and explained all the work and the costs involved before completing the repair. We are grateful and I was impressed with the company’s website and could book an appointment at 10 pm. Great experience and we appreciate !!!
