Seth Ottino's Bio:
Seth graduated from Grove Oklahoma High School. He played semi-professional soccer with the Joplin Demize. After attending Brookdale College in New Jersey, he returned to his roots in the Northwest Arkansas area where he and his family are making this their home. Seth just became a new father to a new son, Jackson! He enjoys taking his family to the park, going to the gym, and playing soccer. He is excited about making Precision Door his career and taking care of his customers. Now that he has a son, safety is foremost on his mind and he will put the same care and effort into ensuring your garage door is as safe as possible, just as he would for his own.

We had a great first experience. This was our first garage repair as home owners and we didn’t know what to expect. Our technician was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with us. He carefully looked at everything, not just the spring that was broken and fixed a big issue with our cables. Nobody wants to spend money on repairing things, but it has to be done and we feel like we got a fair deal and we were taken care of.

Our new garage doors have completely changed the look (i.e., curb appeal) of our house. Also, the new openers are much quieter and better functioning than our old units. However, most importantly is the quality of service we received during installation. Sorry for the rating guys but you couldn’t fix my problem. I needed the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door fixed or replaced. You said you couldn’t fix it nor replace it since you didn’t have a replacement that size.

When it comes to parts, we work with several of the largest and many smaller garage door distribution companies in the United States. We carry parts on our vehicles to repair 99% of the residential garage door issues we encounter. However some times we get calls on doors that may function and operate but are dated in age or the manufacture is no longer in business. When this happens we may not be able to satisfy certain parts. Replacement panels are no different, we can not match 2 different brand doors together by simply replacing 1 panel, it will not operate properly and could cause further damage. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand, not all garage doors are the same. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss this matter further.

Seth did a great job putting the new garage door in. He explained that the 1/2 horsepower open was not enough for the over sized garage door. It is so quiet you can not even hear it go up and down.
