David and Ryan installed a new garage door system for me since my old unit wasn’t working properly and was at least 20 years old. They explained every step to me - including the price - during installation. Afterwards, they showed me how my new unit works as well as warranty and service in a way even I could understand! The process of scheduling a service technician to come out to give me a quote on installing a door on my shop was easy. They had a technician out the same day that I called. We were hearing some strange sounds while our garage door was moving. We gave a call to Precision and they were here the same day. With there knowledge of what was going on they were able to do some simple adjustments and clear everything up. They were here to fix the problem quickly and not trying to make a big deal out of something simple. This is the only company I'll use for my garage door. David Stubbs was very professional and knowing what needed to be done and explained everything as he went.

My experiences with Precision have been excellent! I had two new doors installed a couple of years ago and developed a problem with one door making odd noises and not operating properly. David Stubbs, their technician, came out promptly as scheduled and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was a simple fix and that took less than 5 minutes to repair. He chalked this visit up to a "curtesy call" with no charge to me. I was impressed with his professionalism and great attitude! From Precision's original door installation to this recent service call, the Precision team has been great to work with. They do what they say, when they say it will be done, and they do it right! We called to have the coil spring replaced. An inspection revealed the need to rebuild the garage door. Our tech was able to show me the cracks in the hinges and the worn rollers and parts. I could see the wear and tear of thirty years and we agreed to update everything. We were given accurate information and fair pricing. The work was done quickly and everything runs so much better.

Contacted Precision Door because one of our garage doors would not open using either our vehicle remote or our wall mounted touch pad. David came out during the time frame promised and quickly identified the problem. He took care of the problem by replacing the door motor and rail and got it back to working in short order. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to call Precision Door again for any future garage door issues.
