Drew was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from Bentonville High School. He has always enjoyed helping others when they needed “handy work” jobs taken care of. In Drews free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing and being outdoors. His passions include music, which he has been a part of his life since he was 16 as well as bringing a smile to people's faces. Drew believes in putting 100% into his job performance and strives to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Technician Drew arrived just after 8AM and quickly solved he problem (door had become detached from chain mechanism and needed to be manually opened and closed. He showed me clearly how to fix the problem, should the mechanism become detached again. He was knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Price (standard service call) was fair. Precision had refurbished this door a few years ago, with the same excellent service. 5 stars, and thank you!

I chose Precision garage door because when they came out the first time to replace the springs and the rollers I had a great conversation with the young man Drew he is very skilled at what he is doing. I related well with the guy and felt very comfortable around him. He gave me options to choose from, and I still went with the higher option. I wanted the best for my garage door being that it is 53 years old precision garage door has been accompany. I’ve known for years and trust well with I am very happy and pleased with the young man’s work today and would most definitely recommend them. The price was very fair for what I thought for a brand new garage door opener, a keypad two new clickers a wall mount that actually tells you the temperature and you can program your new door clickers there instead of climbing a ladder.

Our garage door was not operating properly so I called Precision Garage Door NWA. At 8:00 am on Sunday. The technical arrive to repair our issue.The technician was very friendly and had all the skills needed to repair our garage door. My wife and I have been completely satisfied with our garage door and the talented technicians that installed and repaired our door.

A big shout out and thank you to Drew Bates, who clearly and calmly led us through an understanding of how garage doors operate, and what we need to do to replace our 23 year-old garage doors so that they operate as we need them to. Interestingly, our across the street neighbor walked over, to make a garage door connection, too.
