Luke did an excellent job for us. He was very helpful, informative, and efficient. I was happy that Precision fixed our garage door on a Sunday and didn’t charge extra. Overall it was a great experience and will use them again for our garage door repairs.

All my previous experiences with Precision have been excellent and this was no exception. I can’t think of another service company that I trust as much to be timely and efficient in scheduling. Impressive! I was very impressed to receive a short bio and picture of the Technician, Luke Zieman. I felt like I was dealing with a professional business and it left me expecting nothing less than excellent service. Luke was professional, detailed in explaining the process and tirelessly answered all my questions. Luke is the kind of individual that represented Precision Garage Doors very well and completed the job with excellence. Other than the high cost (which everyone says Precision Garage Doors is the most expensive), I am satisfied with the job.

The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

Fixed my door when other local company couldn’t. The other company told me I needed a new board in my door opener - the Precison tech (Drew) set the limits with no problem after first setting the door up properly. Next time I’ll call precision first.

Precision Garage Door service was excellent! Luke was prompt (early even), professional, and quick. I'm glad they were open on Labor Day. Why our garage door couldn't have failed 48 hours prior to that, I don't know, but that's just how it is sometimes... But he helped get my car out and then he got it working by noon. Would highly recommend!

Sam was here at the beginning of the 2-hr time frame I was given. He knew exactly what needed to be done and thankfully had a new battery on his truck. It was a Sunday morning when my spring on my garage door broke leaving no way to get my cars out. I called Precision and they arrived a few hours later. The tech was very good to make a thorough inspection and let me know what parts he recommended me to get replaced. About an hour later he had my door working great even though it is 30 yrs old. This is twice that I have used Precision and have been very pleased both times. Great employees and good work.

It’s such a pleasure doing business with a company that backs up their products and workmanship. The trim on my garage door started to detach from the wood frame. Precision sent service technicians just a couple days after I called. They were polite and friendly and quickly fixed the problem. With the proper equipment, they fixed the problem in just a few minutes. It was much better than if I had tried to reattach it myself. I appreciate that such a simple repair was done without a service charge.

I contacted Precision Door Service because of all the great reviews. This sometimes doesn't turn out to be the case, but this time they were true. My garage door cable snapped and the door jammed crooked. This happened on Easter Sunday. I simply entered my contact info on their website and the office called and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech arrived early and in very little time I was back in business. The tech was great and very personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
