I bought a new garage door and opener four years ago. Last winter when we had a power outage I cancelled an appointment because I didn’t think I could get my car out of the doorless, detached garage. Another power outage this weekend reminded me to ask whether I needed to install a backup system. The technician came out two days later to check the system. He said I do have a backup, told me how it works, and how I can tell if battery is running low. He was very helpful and didn’t charge me to explain the backup feature. I have been pleased with how well the garage door works and am especially pleased with Prevision’s excellent customer service. I highly recommend them,

After dodging nuisance birds, technician Ethan Guenther took the time after completing the work order to explain garage door maintenance. Helping me prevent future issues. He was very thorough and made it easy to understand. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth. He was very thorough with everything and more than I could’ve asked for. Tanner was the technician sent to our home by Precision Door Service of Northwest Arkansas. He contacted us ahead of time. He also checked everything on both garage doors to see if there were maintenance issues that needed attention. In addition to the broken spring, he pointed out that some of our rollers were worn to the point of being crooked when the door went up and down. We received excellent input about what needed to be replaced and what did not. He actually recommended we did not need to do any repair/maintenance service for the single garage door opener. Tanner was friendly and professional. We chose Precision Door Service because customers have been giving them five star ratings! Well deserved! Highly recommend!

I contacted Precision Door Service because of all the great reviews. This sometimes doesn't turn out to be the case, but this time they were true. My garage door cable snapped and the door jammed crooked. This happened on Easter Sunday. I simply entered my contact info on their website and the office called and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. The tech arrived early and in very little time I was back in business. The tech was great and very personable. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

Fixed my door when other local company couldn’t. The other company told me I needed a new board in my door opener - the Precison tech (Drew) set the limits with no problem after first setting the door up properly. Next time I’ll call precision first.
