Outstanding service. Precision was chosen based on a friend's referral. This was on a Saturday and there was no elevated service charge for it being a weekend. That's a big plus. Less than 30 minutes after I called, Ryan showed up and was at work. He was efficient and indeed precise in his work. Replaced springs, rollers, and cables. Absolutely a 5-star service.

I am very pleased with the knowledge and courtesy of your technician, Steve. He was extremely helpful. So far i like the quility and customer sevice of your company. I will recommend you to every one that needs your service. But the job hasn't started yet. I am very pressed for time. I already bought my plain ticket weeks ago. I leave for California on October 20th. It would be absolutely wonderful if the job is done by October 19th. That way a big weight is going to be left off my shoulders. As a Fayettville resident, I would recommend the servicing, safety and quality. However, when I called to request service I asked what the possibility of the charge would be after describing my issue, not realizing that there were factors that weren't considered in the 'quote'.. No more than $200 was advised when scheduling the service however the tech who I thourghly believe was honest and forthcoming about the status of my garage's current aging condition, indicated a possible $1000 bill was the clear and obvious reality. I hope the quoting process can be addressed but the tech was refreshing to the experience for a safer peice of mind when resolving a pre-existing issue not discovered in our prior home inspection.

On the phone, we were told there was a $49.95 fee for the technician to come to my house on a Sunday. Then she told me that worst case scenario the springs would be $158. We needed 1 spring. However, if we had replaced BOTH springs, that total would have been $158 +$158+$49.95. My math shows that as $365.95. The technician quoted us a minimum of $510. We still have a broken door and we are out $49.95 for nothing. I understand the weekend service call but I don’t quite understand the difference in price. He told us he could “patch” our garage until a new door came in but wouldn’t even do that when we declined to over pay for almost $1000 for a new door. Also, prior to the tech visit, we priced other places for a brand new garage door and received a quote of $1400 INSTALLED and his lowest price quoted to us was approx $2400. Thanks for the weekend service call but we will go another route.

I couldn't have had a more positive experience. My service technician Steve was absolutely amazing! I had some car troubles the day of my appointment and was unable to be home to make the appointment. Steve was wonderful at communicating via calls and texts to get the job done while I was dealing with my car. He even went out of his way to meet me for payment and got me two discounts on my garage door repair! If 6/5 stars were a rating he would have earned it with ease.

Well to be honest i was in a rush n i thought i was calling Overhead! But im so glad it worked out this way. Please let the right person know that the technician that came out was the best !!!!!! Steve Colley was so helpful to explain the way the system works n what actually happened . He truly is a great rep for your company ! We were 24 hrs away from having a wedding n backyard n everything was n garage n steve was so kind to help carry the wedding arch n couple large items that couldnt fit thru house before he permantly closed garage door . Today Kevin came out and helped align our doors up and provide extra support to them. He educated me well on the doors and things I needed to take care of them properly. My appointment was made for the same day. The service technicians (one was a trainee) were great. The reason for a 4 is the price and the lack of a 3.5. I had two garage door openers installed (due to two existing ones having stripped belt drives) and I was unpleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I made a decision on the spot to go ahead and replace, but in hindsight I would not have had the units replaced, if I had slept on it overnight. I would encourage people to get more that one quote.
