Someone answered the phone on a holiday and made an appointment for my repairs. Technician was very knowledgable and patiently explained the issues with my door and showed me the problem areas. He had everything he needed with him and completed the repair quickly. He arrived on time as well.

Precision Garage Door service was excellent! Luke was prompt (early even), professional, and quick. I'm glad they were open on Labor Day. Why our garage door couldn't have failed 48 hours prior to that, I don't know, but that's just how it is sometimes... But he helped get my car out and then he got it working by noon. Would highly recommend!

It was a Sunday morning when my spring on my garage door broke leaving no way to get my cars out. I called Precision and they arrived a few hours later. The tech was very good to make a thorough inspection and let me know what parts he recommended me to get replaced. About an hour later he had my door working great even though it is 30 yrs old. This is twice that I have used Precision and have been very pleased both times. Great employees and good work.

It’s such a pleasure doing business with a company that backs up their products and workmanship. The trim on my garage door started to detach from the wood frame. Precision sent service technicians just a couple days after I called. They were polite and friendly and quickly fixed the problem. With the proper equipment, they fixed the problem in just a few minutes. It was much better than if I had tried to reattach it myself. I appreciate that such a simple repair was done without a service charge.

I had two 10x10 doors installed on my shop, I’m very happy with them. The installation was done in one day, and the guys were awesome, polite, competent and efficient. Recently I noticed a window in the door was leaking. I called Precision and two young men came out, I expected them to take care of the problem. Instead the one in charge said, just put silicone on it. Unacceptable, I’ll contact the local office Monday.

Many thanks for the excellent service today, just a day after I called with an emergency. The spring on my 2003 garage door had broken, and I could not even get the door open manually. When calling Precision, they answered immediately and an appointment was made for a service call the next day. The work of the technician exceeded my expectations. He checked the condition of the doors and explained my options for repair and parts replacement. After going over various scenarios and price breakdowns, we agreed to repair and replace several parts. On one of my doors, I now have a lifetime warranty. The other door was worked on and functions much more smoothly. I felt no pressure to buy unnecessary parts. Both doors sound better and are functioning more smoothly. After this competent work, my hope is the doors will be functioning without incident for years to come. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Inspected the problem and offered recommendations on the best solution and got to work. They finished promptly and re-reviewed the problem and the work they completed. Discussed other issues with current doors and decided was in our best interest to replace the current doors (we have been thinking about it anyway). I DISCOVERED AT 6 AM THAT THE SPRING ON MY GARAGE DOOR WAS BROKEN. I WENT TO THE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR WEBSITE AND MADE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT FOR NOON. THE TECH SHOWED UP AT 10:30 AM, FOUND I ONLY HAD ONE SPRING INSTEAD OF THE TWO REQUIRED FOR A 16-FOOT DOOR. THE DOOR WAS REPAIRED WITH THE ADDED SPRING IN 30 MINUTES. WITH THE SECOND SPRING, THE DOOR OPERATES BETTER THAN EVER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR.

Drew and Andrew were great to work with. We originally called them to replace a torsion spring that had busted. Drew identified major issues with our current garage door and system that had been "fixed" by the previous owner over the years. He suggested replacing the door but was not pushy in his pitch. We ultimately went with a full replacement of the door and unit. Install was three days later with Andrew. Andrew did a great job at explaining the new features of the unit and how to change/disconnect any features we didn't want to use. Very satisfied with Precision and its staff. I don't anticipate needing them again, given the quality of their work, but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services.
