So my two garage doors, one double, one single were 18 years old. We had already had two expensive service calls in that time on the double. So when the spring broke on the single, I got the number from the TV ad and called before 7 am and got an answer on the second ring. I had a repairman out the same day and he was extremely professional and showed us how worn out our rollers were and we already knew we would have to replace the cracked lower panel (again). But he gave us a reasonable price for total replacement. And I do mean total replacement. The tracks, the outer trim and not a scrap of trash left. I would use them again in a heart beat. They came when they said they would (both times) and gave great service with a smile and professionalism. A throwback company if you will.

A very professional organization that goes above the normal level of service. They communicate extremely well and offer service times for working people. Only called Precision because two other (previously used) companies had issues--one with their computer system and the other with a fire. Whatever. Anyway, the certified tech did a great job, explained everything,and was very professional and courteous. Guess we'll stay with Precision.

My appointment was made for the same day. The service technicians (one was a trainee) were great. The reason for a 4 is the price and the lack of a 3.5. I had two garage door openers installed (due to two existing ones having stripped belt drives) and I was unpleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I made a decision on the spot to go ahead and replace, but in hindsight I would not have had the units replaced, if I had slept on it overnight. I would encourage people to get more that one quote.

Outstanding service. Precision was chosen based on a friend's referral. This was on a Saturday and there was no elevated service charge for it being a weekend. That's a big plus. Less than 30 minutes after I called, Ryan showed up and was at work. He was efficient and indeed precise in his work. Replaced springs, rollers, and cables. Absolutely a 5-star service.
