Aaron arrived promptly and introduced himself. He assessed the trim issue I reported and spent a few minutes securing the trim. He closed the garage door to make sure daylight wasn’t seen from the inside of the garage. He didn’t even charge for his service! I’ve had several unpleasant experiences by other contractors I’ve hired, but Precision has faithfully provided five star customer service????

I called Precision and was speaking to a human in under a minute. Bridget was very friendly and helpful and scheduled a repairman for the same day. David communicated with me throughout the day letting me know exactly when he would be there. I was not present for the repairs since I was away on work, but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He assessed the problem and fixed it (replaced the broken springs and several other parts) in just over an hour. Very professional organization. Thank you!

Had to have service on one door, but got a very fair bid to replace both the two door and the single door. Had a service call 5 months later and they arrived within 30 minutes the same day of when they said they would be there. No charge and took about 15 minutes. They replaced everything!!! Great workmanship with obvious pride in their work. Saw it on morning news just after the door broke and they were out later that day. Repaired the single and came back within weeks and replaced both.

So my two garage doors, one double, one single were 18 years old. We had already had two expensive service calls in that time on the double. So when the spring broke on the single, I got the number from the TV ad and called before 7 am and got an answer on the second ring. I had a repairman out the same day and he was extremely professional and showed us how worn out our rollers were and we already knew we would have to replace the cracked lower panel (again). But he gave us a reasonable price for total replacement. And I do mean total replacement. The tracks, the outer trim and not a scrap of trash left. I would use them again in a heart beat. They came when they said they would (both times) and gave great service with a smile and professionalism. A throwback company if you will.
