Justin Peterson's Bio:
Justin is a hard-working Northwest Arkansas native but he's lived in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. He is a devoted father figure to his 3-year-old boy step son and has a baby girl on the way. Although somewhat new to garage doors service, he comes on with extensive experience as a maintenance engineer. When he isn't working, he is spending time with his family either in southeast Kansas, or right here in beautiful NWA. He loves the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, and playing basketball. His favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement and smiles on our customers faces when the job is done, and done right.

Replaced garage door opener. It took a week after I contacted them to get my garage door opener replaced. The man was very nice, knew what he was doing. I am happy with the final product. BUT the price was HIGH. Get estimates from other companies also.

Have lived in NWA for 3 years and have trusted Precision with garage door install and repair for my needs. They are professional, punctual and seem reasonably priced. Today had an issue with my battery backup in my almost new (5/23) LiftMaster door opener. Justin Peterson was my technician and he was more than happy to replace the battery under warranty. I was satisfied to the point I asked for additional service to install new more quiet urethane door rollers.

Justin called before he was on his way here and said it would be around 20 minutes! He arrived and scheduled and asked me what I I was looking to get done, I told hi and he checked a couple things and told me the reason why and then checked my warranty as I have used Precision before, he fixed the problem in no time! Dear Patrick, Jason came out and replaced two broken springs on my home garage door. He did not an excellent job I have nothing bad to say about him. I do have a real problem with the cost of two springs. This is your standard double door aluminum 18x7. I went in Lowe’s website and there most experience spring is $231.21 for a pair. Yours were $468.00. If this is correct please let me know so I can adjust my recommendations from very good to very expense. Thank you for asking I hope to hear from you John Lindsey

This is my second time to use Precision door service for my garage door. The first time, I used a technician Seth Ottino, who so impressed me in the installation of a new door lifting system that I decided after that that I would only use Precision for my garage door service. ( I had used at least two other services before. They were okay, but not up to the standards that this Precision service showed me). When my garage door became inoperable after a slight accident, I called Precision and got Chris Wickham as a technician. Needless to say, the service was performed in a most timely manner, and was first class. I will only use Precision from now on due to these two great technicians and the great service I received!

I needed to pick up my grandchildren from school in an hour when my garage door's chain broke as I was preparing to leave to do a few errands before school was out. I called Precision Overhead Door and told them my situation. Within 45 minutes, Justin the tech called me and said he was on his way. He was able to manually lift the door and I got my car out. He explained what parts were needed and the cost and I left to go get the kids while he did the work. He was finishing up when I got back and I paid him. There is a lifetime guarantee on the work and parts. He was courteous, thorough in his explanation and very professional.
