Justin is a hard-working Northwest Arkansas native but he's lived in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. He is a devoted father figure to his 3-year-old boy step son and has a baby girl on the way. Although somewhat new to garage doors service, he comes on with extensive experience as a maintenance engineer. When he isn't working, he is spending time with his family either in southeast Kansas, or right here in beautiful NWA. He loves the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, and playing basketball. His favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement and smiles on our customers faces when the job is done, and done right.

you are close by so I called you. I am glad I did, thank you for the great service. I think Justin sent me the wrong e-mail, it was for door measure instead of receipt. I need that receipt to send to my insurance. Also My phone control is not working on it for some reason. It worked on the first unit but not on this one.
Both of your techs were very professional and were working for you,m you should be proud of them.

Your repair man was on time, did a good job explaining the current condition on my garage door. He replaced two springs and all the rollers and lubricated all the joints. He was done quickly and cleaned up his work area.
I would recommend your services to anyone who asks.

We our building a new home and will be using Precision again with our new home. Justin was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and couldn't be more professional towards the customer.
