Justin Peterson's Bio:
Justin is a hard-working Northwest Arkansas native but he's lived in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. He is a devoted father figure to his 3-year-old boy step son and has a baby girl on the way. Although somewhat new to garage doors service, he comes on with extensive experience as a maintenance engineer. When he isn't working, he is spending time with his family either in southeast Kansas, or right here in beautiful NWA. He loves the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, and playing basketball. His favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement and smiles on our customers faces when the job is done, and done right.

24 hour service is the best. Justin arrived earlier than scheduled and took care of the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Plus, takes time to explain the problem and solution. While I would love to give more stars we were not impressed with the service we received! Justin was super nice and seemed knowledgeable but I felt that he was more interested in selling us new doors vs fixing our current one! We can now shut our door but he did not fix the door for us to use it with the opener and we were charged way more then what we thought it would be. We did ask when we called the service center about how much it would cost and they said around $100. We paid $250 +….We had no cables broken, it was off track and the door was torqued but nothing snapped to be replaced. He did replace one of the rollers (but the old one wasn’t broken either) so still confused why the fix of the door was so expensive and it’s not fixed! He really is a great salesman but with a 20 min (possibly less) fix, $250+ is a little crazy on cost of service! Justin was nice I don’t want that to go unnoticed but the cost of the service call was enough for us to think about looking elsewhere for future service and possible purchase of garage doors

I can honestly say that I was blown away with the customer service that we received. I got a phone call on Sunday after I posted this. They asked for a time to come up and take a look at the door. The director of operations and the lead tech came out to take a look at things. They also admitted to making a mistake and charging us for the wrong size door. When they came to our house this Wednesday they went over the problem and the fixes that were available. They arrived at 4:45 pm and did not leave until well after 7:30. They made sure the door was able to work but we knew due to the original damage we would have to spend some money fixing things. They also looked at our bigger door and showed us how horrible our builders contractor did on the install (a little over 2 years ago) and the same issues would need to be fixed. We didn’t want to purchase new garage doors and they didn’t suggest that. The came up with the best way to fix our current door. We will wait another week for the rest of the stuff ordered to come in but I can honestly say my husband and I were both happy with how they handled things the second time around and will be even more happy when we don’t have to worry about our doors anymore! I am so glad I was willing to give them a chance to make things right because they did just that! Thank you Lee bad Steve we appreciate you both!

Our garage door spring broke when I attempted to own the door. I called precision garage door to inquire about a repair and within an hour I had technician arrive and within an hour the spring was replaced and door was working fine. The technician did a great job. I recommend Precision Door will give them a call if ever need garage doors or service in the future.

Only called Precision because two other (previously used) companies had issues--one with their computer system and the other with a fire. Whatever. Anyway, the certified tech did a great job, explained everything,and was very professional and courteous. Guess we'll stay with Precision.

I called Precision after seeing a TV ad.. Justin Peterson arrived early for the appointment after calling first. My old garage door was almost 20 years old and there were many issues which he patiently explained to me in detail. He explained my options and ordered my new door and opener. Wes Smith was the technician who installed my new door. He was also excellent. He arrived on time and besides installing the new door and opener, he helped me understand the new features and even swept out the garage. Every step of this transaction was professionally done. I love my new door and opener and am so happy to have the insulated door.

Had a spring break on our garage. Called Precision and they had a tech scheduled to check it out next day, on the weekend as well! Justin Peterson arrived on time and was very professional. Explained everything very thoroughly and pointed out how the spring likely had been an issue for a while and was causing problems with other parts of the system (metal shavings in the chain and drive.) Our system is 25+ years old so I knew it was a matter of time, but the knowledge Justin shared helped me understand now may be the right time to update. Justin answered all of our questions and explained the operation and process for our new install that we chose to go with. He was even able to repair the faulty spring and get our current door operable for the time being while we wait on our new door to come in (quoted 5-6 weeks due to all the shipping delays that are the new norm.) Nice surprise, got the call today that our order will be in early (only 3 weeks waiting.) Looking forward to the install. Based on our experience so far I'm sure everything will be smooth.

My appointment was made for the same day. The service technicians (one was a trainee) were great. The reason for a 4 is the price and the lack of a 3.5. I had two garage door openers installed (due to two existing ones having stripped belt drives) and I was unpleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I made a decision on the spot to go ahead and replace, but in hindsight I would not have had the units replaced, if I had slept on it overnight. I would encourage people to get more that one quote.
