Drew was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from Bentonville High School. He has always enjoyed helping others when they needed “handy work” jobs taken care of. In Drews free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing and being outdoors. His passions include music, which he has been a part of his life since he was 16 as well as bringing a smile to people's faces. Drew believes in putting 100% into his job performance and strives to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Many thanks for the excellent service today, just a day after I called with an emergency. The spring on my 2003 garage door had broken, and I could not even get the door open manually. When calling Precision, they answered immediately and an appointment was made for a service call the next day. The work of the technician exceeded my expectations. He checked the condition of the doors and explained my options for repair and parts replacement. After going over various scenarios and price breakdowns, we agreed to repair and replace several parts. On one of my doors, I now have a lifetime warranty. The other door was worked on and functions much more smoothly. I felt no pressure to buy unnecessary parts. Both doors sound better and are functioning more smoothly. After this competent work, my hope is the doors will be functioning without incident for years to come. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Called at 10:00 and had an appointment for 12:00. Called me when they were leaving to come to my property. Very courteous and professional. Inspected the problem and offered recommendations on the best solution and got to work. They finished promptly and re-reviewed the problem and the work they completed. I couldn’t have asked for better professional work and care. Drew was great!

A relative did not need your service but heard Precision was very good and they were the last tv commercial we watched. Our technician, Drew Bates met our expectations and went beyond. He called to see if ok to come earlier than scheduled time, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After making his diagnostic check he explained thoroughly what needed to be done to repair door and the price. If and when we need a repair call we will definitely call Precision & Drew Bates. Drew Bates was the "Precision" technician this afternoon and he did a phenomenal job replacing my garage door motor, safety lights, remotes, and made several other needed adjustments. Drew was awesome! He took his time and inspected all my repair / problems / door damage. He explained things in a way that was totally understandable. I learned a lot from him. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and installation process to make sure my door was superior to my expectations. After reviewing my options, I purchased the Endurance 300. Mainly because I am in my 60's and the Lifetime Warrantee gives me a complete peace of mind that I will not have to worry about having any problems in the future.

We had a technician Drew Bates. He was professional and courteous. But most of all our door was completely repaired and lubricated ad it works great, I was impressed by his ability to repair it completely rather than just the minimal. He saw problems we did not know we needed and explained all the work and the costs involved before completing the repair. Looked for garage door repairs and locations near us. Called one no answer, called another and did not tell us until later in day that they could not get to us until you. Called Precision and actually answered call, gave me a choice of two times and said tech would call before arrival. He did that and also his picture and profile was sent. He looked the situation over and fixed our problem and advised us on other issues that we should be aware of. Very satisfied with the work and tech.

Drew and Andrew were great to work with. We originally called them to replace a torsion spring that had busted. Drew identified major issues with our current garage door and system that had been "fixed" by the previous owner over the years. He suggested replacing the door but was not pushy in his pitch. We ultimately went with a full replacement of the door and unit. Install was three days later with Andrew. Andrew did a great job at explaining the new features of the unit and how to change/disconnect any features we didn't want to use. Very satisfied with Precision and its staff. I don't anticipate needing them again, given the quality of their work, but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services.

When we called, the office personal were courteous and helpful in scheduling a technician to come to repair our broken garage door. The two technicians that came were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job. In no time we had a rebuilt door including a new and very quiet door opener. A few days ago we noticed light coming into the garage when the door was closed. Again we called and received the same professional service. In a matter of a few hours a technician arrived and with a few adjustments had the door closing properly. Better yet we were not charged for the service. We support veteran owned businesses. This is a wonderful example of their service and we highly recommend them.
