All my previous experiences with Precision have been excellent and this was no exception. I can’t think of another service company that I trust as much to be timely and efficient in scheduling. Absolutely worthy of a 5-star rating which I seldom give. Sam was courteous and professional. The time was set between 8-12 and he arrived at 8 AM starting my day with a smile. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable - less than expected, thank goodness. He also provided some great advice for preventive maintenance. I recommend this company and will use them again if/when I have garage door problems. Thank you all for the prompt, professional service.

Impressive! I was very impressed to receive a short bio and picture of the Technician, Luke Zieman. I felt like I was dealing with a professional business and it left me expecting nothing less than excellent service. Luke was professional, detailed in explaining the process and tirelessly answered all my questions. Luke is the kind of individual that represented Precision Garage Doors very well and completed the job with excellence. Other than the high cost (which everyone says Precision Garage Doors is the most expensive), I am satisfied with the job.

The process of scheduling a service technician to come out to give me a quote on installing a door on my shop was easy. They had a technician out the same day that I called. David Stubbs was on-time and very professional to work with. He answered my questions and explained the different options I had to get a garage door installed on my shop. I am very confident that Sam's work was done correctly and quickly. He explained what needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me total cost then explained each item. He made recommendations and was not demanding towards me. It was up to me as to how much or how little I wanted to do. I never felt pressured to comply with his recommendations and it was all my decision on what to do. I would highly recommend Percison if you need any workdone.

The service performed on my garage door by Ethan was excellent. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem with the door and informing me of what he found, how he would fix it, and an estimated cost. I agreed to have him complete the work at the cost identified. He cleaned up the area when finished and explained how the door would work with the new parts. Ethan was patient and very professional in his interactions with me and my wife.

Fixed my door when other local company couldn’t. The other company told me I needed a new board in my door opener - the Precison tech (Drew) set the limits with no problem after first setting the door up properly. Next time I’ll call precision first.

Someone answered the phone on a holiday and made an appointment for my repairs. Technician was very knowledgable and patiently explained the issues with my door and showed me the problem areas. He had everything he needed with him and completed the repair quickly. He arrived on time as well.

Precision Garage Door service was excellent! Luke was prompt (early even), professional, and quick. I'm glad they were open on Labor Day. Why our garage door couldn't have failed 48 hours prior to that, I don't know, but that's just how it is sometimes... But he helped get my car out and then he got it working by noon. Would highly recommend!

Luke did an excellent job for us. He was very helpful, informative, and efficient. I was happy that Precision fixed our garage door on a Sunday and didn’t charge extra. Overall it was a great experience and will use them again for our garage door repairs.
