Aaron Hart's Bio:
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Aaron is a 1997 graduate of Rogers High School. Aaron joined the United States Air Force in December of 1999 and was permanently station at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City with the 3rd Combat Communications Group (The 3rd Herd). During his short tour in Saudi Arabia at Prince Sultan Air Base, Aaron became involved in Operation Enduring Freedom, after only three days, due to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He arrived back to the states in 2002 and gained custody of his daughter; causing him to get an honorable discharge to take care of her. He then came back home to Northwest Arkansas. In 2004, Aaron became a Rogers Police Officer. He enjoyed his time serving his country and wanted to serve the community he had always called home. In 2016, Aaron, his wife Jennifer, their two daughters (Caitlynn and Lynnzie), dogs Buddy and Ruby, and four cats (Doctor, Little One, French Fry and Frenchy) purchased their first family home in Centerton, Arkansas. The youngest of the two, Lynnzie, received her learners permit and, as many know, accidents happen. She rammed the vehicle through the garage door and it was destroyed. After having to order a new garage door and watching it being installed, Aaron felt being in the garage door business would be a great fit for his personality. Aaron enjoys being outdoors, driving and meeting new people, which fits this career perfectly. With Northwest Arkansas being one of the quickest growing communities, Aaron believes in customer service and providing the people of the area with a quality product and great friendly customer service. It is Aaron’s goal with Precision Doors of Northwest Arkansas to show the service area how professional and the quality of service we provide. Aaron will always have a friendly smile and treat like you were part of the family.

As a Fayettville resident, I would recommend the servicing, safety and quality. However, when I called to request service I asked what the possibility of the charge would be after describing my issue, not realizing that there were factors that weren't considered in the 'quote'.. No more than $200 was advised when scheduling the service however the tech who I thourghly believe was honest and forthcoming about the status of my garage's current aging condition, indicated a possible $1000 bill was the clear and obvious reality. I hope the quoting process can be addressed but the tech was refreshing to the experience for a safer peice of mind when resolving a pre-existing issue not discovered in our prior home inspection.

I waited a little bit to post this review just to make sure things were good. I have been very impressed with Precision. They have done a very good job of keeping me informed as to the progress of my order. The only "problem" I had was they were very busy when I wanted my door installed and the schedule was full; they installed it the next business day from what I wanted. I was okay with that. From the estimator to the installer, Precision has been nothing but professional. I love their text showing who is coming and giving a background on that person; makes me feel like I know them before they ever show up. I hope I never have to buy another door, but if I do, I'll call Precision.

We had bought and had installed new garage doors and openers everyone was so nice and on time loved the doors. Then 3 weeks later lightning struck the house and they had to come back and replace one of the openers and added surge protectors. They have been so great to work with.
