I had two 10x10 doors installed on my shop, I’m very happy with them. The installation was done in one day, and the guys were awesome, polite, competent and efficient. Recently I noticed a window in the door was leaking. I called Precision and two young men came out, I expected them to take care of the problem. Instead the one in charge said, just put silicone on it. Unacceptable, I’ll contact the local office Monday.

Many thanks for the excellent service today, just a day after I called with an emergency. The spring on my 2003 garage door had broken, and I could not even get the door open manually. When calling Precision, they answered immediately and an appointment was made for a service call the next day. The work of the technician exceeded my expectations. He checked the condition of the doors and explained my options for repair and parts replacement. After going over various scenarios and price breakdowns, we agreed to repair and replace several parts. On one of my doors, I now have a lifetime warranty. The other door was worked on and functions much more smoothly. I felt no pressure to buy unnecessary parts. Both doors sound better and are functioning more smoothly. After this competent work, my hope is the doors will be functioning without incident for years to come. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

On 3/29/24 Precision Door technician Cade Mercell repaired our garage door that was not operating properly. Cade arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and got the door operating well. He was totally professional and answered any questions that my wife and I had. …In addition, the appointment was made on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM and Cade arrived the next morning at 11:00 AM. Precision helped me program new remotes earlier this year by phone at no charge. Very kind. So I wanted to give my business to them when my garage door died. David and Matt did a great job of getting my door repaired. They were professional and courteous. My door was fixed in a timely manner. There was good communication throughout the process. I had a service call scheduled for, what I thought was, a problem. Dakota recognized my description of the problem on the service order before coming out and called to explain what it was and that it was completely normal. I was worried about nothing! Called at 10:00 and had an appointment for 12:00. Called me when they were leaving to come to my property. Very courteous and professional. Inspected the problem and offered recommendations on the best solution and got to work. They finished promptly and re-reviewed the problem and the work they completed. Have lived in NWA for 3 years and have trusted Precision with garage door install and repair for my needs. They are professional, punctual and seem reasonably priced. Today had an issue with my battery backup in my almost new (5/23) LiftMaster door opener. Justin Peterson was my technician and he was more than happy to replace the battery under warranty. I was satisfied to the point I asked for additional service to install new more quiet urethane door rollers.

Justin called before he was on his way here and said it would be around 20 minutes! He arrived and scheduled and asked me what I I was looking to get done, I told hi and he checked a couple things and told me the reason why and then checked my warranty as I have used Precision before, he fixed the problem in no time!
