I was impressed with the rapid service. I contacted Precision using the online scheduler, and the technician showed up an hour later. He saw the problem, told me what needed to be done, and was finished in about 20 minutes. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job.

Luke was so professional and efficient. The time was 2-4 but called and said he could come around 1 and was here. Explained the problem and gave me 2 options. Garage door failed at 3pm in the afternoon and by 4pm a service technician had arrived to fix my overhead door. There was nothing too serious just a cable that came off the track, so the cost was only a $129 service call. Great service and awesome response time. David my service technician was extremely helpful and polite. While he was at the house he made sure all three of my overhead doors were properly working and lubricated. Service was above and beyond.

My garage door broke on a Sunday and you guys were the only folks that I could find that we open. Your rep arrived about 3 hours after I requested service, replaced the springs, and attachment cables and checked it out. Costs seemed elevated but I had no relative recent repairs to confirm or not. Rep was pleasant, professional, and said he could repair door in about an hour, which he did. I paid by check and then he left.

Our Garage door broke late Saturday night they had a service person there at 8:00 am Sunday he gave me a estimate had it fixed in 45 min handed me the bill it was less then the cost we had agreed on. I am very happy with the price and service. I will use them again when needed. J. Schoo

I’mIt was really stroke of luck I contacted Precision. I had contacted another company and stated what I was needing. Now I’ll cut to the chase. After making 3 phone calls to see where the Tech was that was supposed to call me and I was told not to worry, he’d contact me on the 3 different calls I made. Well the time I made the last call, I told them to forget it. I checked on Precision next. I should have contacted them first. Matt greeted me like he’d known me all my life. He went right to work. Had everything fixed in no time. He was very respectful, informative and kind. He even called and arrived ahead of schedule. Explained about everything he did. Also, the lady that took my call and did the scheduling was very nice and polite. I know this, should I ever have any problems with my garage door, I won’t hesitate to call them. The tech got our door working until they can install the new one with opener. We have a twenty five year old rental home that has seen it's share of abuse. Prompt and very professional. We should have called Precision before we wasted money on the other guy. With their warranty we should not have to pay for repairs for a long time.

I had a very old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. When Matt showed up to examine it, it was decided to replace it with a new one. I expected him to tell me that he needed to go get the parts he needed to do the job and return later to do the job. Instead, he had everything he needed and proceeded to get the job done right then. The quality of the new opener and Matt's performance far exceeded my expectations. He installed the opener and then cleaned up the bits and pieces left over from his work. He even went so far as to pick up a single staple that had fallen on the floor. I am VERY happy with the work that was done.

Very good experience, Drew was very nice and courteous. Had to put up with our dog Lulabelle, who was a nuisance but he was so kind.
