Our garage door that I had purchased from a big-box store was professionally installed a little more than a year ago. After several repairs, I was at the end of my rope. It was very frustrating when the opener wouldn't work properly, the buttons took several times to respond, the remotes needed batteries replaced far too often. I called Precision, and Travis was here within 4 hours to replace it. An hour later, Travis completed all of the work, programmed all of the remotes and the car, and gained a very happy customer. The moment the other opener has problems, it's getting replaced the same way.

I called for service as my garage door spring was broken and pulling away from the wall. Our technician, Travis, showed up within an hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He performed a total inspection of our door and the entire system and developed three options for us to review and choose from. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Can't wait to have our new door and system installed.

I chose Precision Door because I first used them for my Mother-In-Law’s garage door and got it fixed quick and for a reasonable price. All the techs are nice and very knowledgeable. Today I had a full garage door kit installed and man it looks and works amazing. Dayton got here when he said he would and installed fast and with quality. Definitely recommending Precision Door to anyone who needs a garage door or repair.

I moved in to a new home with a very aged garage door system that had issues right from the get go. I was not referred here by anyone. I did a search online for garage repair services. I felt Precision Door NWA had the most credibility out of all the companies I searched due to their professionally trained technicians and other merits you can find on their website. They came out and recommended I simply have the entire garage door system replaced, tracks and all. I chose a 3 layer insulated garage door, and they did an amazing job installing. My only complaint is the price. Their services can be pretty expensive depending on the work that needs to be done. However I feel their level of quality deserves the price, so this still gets 5 stars from me. I will definitely continue to rely on them for any garage work I need done in the future.

First let me say that Aaron Hart, your service technician, was first class in every way. He was punctual, polite, informative and very professional and I would rate him 5 stars. In fact, I was very impressed with everyone I talked to with your company, and from that standpoint I have no criticisms at all. Your people were courteous, and you did a great job of keeping me informed. I do however have a problem with the fact that despite the fact that Aaron diagnosed a loose chain he was unable to make any adjustments to it due you your current company guidelines. While I don't question your right to decide what services your provide, I do find it disappointing that a service as basic as tightening a chain would not be available from your company, especially for the amount of the service charge and diagnoses charges made. I do believe that your unwillingness to provide such a basic service should have been disclosed prior to your visit.

They performed the services exactly as requested and written in the contract. The quality of their doors are superior to others in the area. Precision worked with us on changing dates of installing in our new construction due to delays, and even returned the next day to set up the remote in our car. Very professional people and a product that is aesthetic!

I need that receipt to send to my insurance. Also My phone control is not working on it for some reason. It worked on the first unit but not on this one. Both of your techs were very professional and were working for you,m you should be proud of them.

Steve Colley was the tech who came to my home to inspect the damage to my garage door. He explained exactly what was wrong and was able to show me exactly why he recommended replacing some items that didn't actually need repair today, but would likely cause me issues in the near future. He didn't pressure me into any sales, he just gave options. He confidently explained why the other people he works with are the best in the area and why they stood out above the competition. Made me feel at ease with my decisions.

We had bought and had installed new garage doors and openers everyone was so nice and on time loved the doors. Then 3 weeks later lightning struck the house and they had to come back and replace one of the openers and added surge protectors. They have been so great to work with.
