I called Precision Garage Door of Northwest Arkansas, and they sent out technician Tyler. When Tyler showed up he was very courteous and kind. I showed him the garage door. Tyler made a quick assessment and promptly gave me three different estimates which I appreciated. We decided that the best option for us was to get a new garage door. We had a weekend incident that resulted in our door not working and precision was very quick to schedule an appt and come out and repair our door in no time. I couldn't have had a more positive experience. My service technician Steve was absolutely amazing! I had some car troubles the day of my appointment and was unable to be home to make the appointment. Steve was wonderful at communicating via calls and texts to get the job done while I was dealing with my car. He even went out of his way to meet me for payment and got me two discounts on my garage door repair! If 6/5 stars were a rating he would have earned it with ease.

Travis and Tyler were very efficient, friendly and polite. They did an awesome job explaining the issues and gave a detailed and accurate estimate of the work to be done. I chose precision because my neighbor recommended them. A tech, Steve, came out to my house and was absolutely fantastic. He did his job and gave me an estimate, but it was how he did it that mattered. He explained all the finer details about their warranty as well their products versus the factory products. He gave me the details and pricing and let me decide. There wasn’t any bullying or pushing to upsale me on their stuff. Steve was awesome and ended up being the reason that I chose to use precision.

Well to be honest i was in a rush n i thought i was calling Overhead! But im so glad it worked out this way. Please let the right person know that the technician that came out was the best !!!!!! Steve Colley was so helpful to explain the way the system works n what actually happened . He truly is a great rep for your company ! We were 24 hrs away from having a wedding n backyard n everything was n garage n steve was so kind to help carry the wedding arch n couple large items that couldnt fit thru house before he permantly closed garage door .
