Our tech, Kevin Richter, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the estimate for repairs. In addition, he gave our main garage door an inspection (which works fine) and lubricated it so it is now quieter. Great job, Kevin!

Today Kevin came out and helped align our doors up and provide extra support to them. He educated me well on the doors and things I needed to take care of them properly. He added extra supports so my sensors would hopefully stay on track better. Overall, he was great to visit with and very helpful. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Travis did a great job and he's a very nice guy. The only reason I wouldn't use you again is due to the price, I feel the price was a little high for two springs. I would rate Travis a 5 but over-all due to the price a 2.

Very satisfied!! A spring broke on one of our garage doors so I contacted Precision Door for repair. Kevin came out that same day (a Friday) and he was great! He examined everything and presented me with different repair options. He was very professional and took the time to explain all options in detail and the benefits of each one...everything from just replacing the spring to installing new openers. My wife and I have been wanting "quieter" openers for some time now, so we chose to have a complete rebuild done w/new belt drive openers - they're awesome! (Note - Kevin did not try to "push or sell" us this option.) Like I said at the beginning of this review - Very Satified! I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
