First let me say that Aaron Hart, your service technician, was first class in every way. He was punctual, polite, informative and very professional and I would rate him 5 stars. In fact, I was very impressed with everyone I talked to with your company, and from that standpoint I have no criticisms at all. Your people were courteous, and you did a great job of keeping me informed. I do however have a problem with the fact that despite the fact that Aaron diagnosed a loose chain he was unable to make any adjustments to it due you your current company guidelines. While I don't question your right to decide what services your provide, I do find it disappointing that a service as basic as tightening a chain would not be available from your company, especially for the amount of the service charge and diagnoses charges made. I do believe that your unwillingness to provide such a basic service should have been disclosed prior to your visit.

They performed the services exactly as requested and written in the contract. The quality of their doors are superior to others in the area. Precision worked with us on changing dates of installing in our new construction due to delays, and even returned the next day to set up the remote in our car. Very professional people and a product that is aesthetic!

you are close by so I called you. I am glad I did, thank you for the great service. I think Justin sent me the wrong e-mail, it was for door measure instead of receipt. I need that receipt to send to my insurance. Also My phone control is not working on it for some reason. It worked on the first unit but not on this one. Both of your techs were very professional and were working for you,m you should be proud of them.

Steve Colley was the tech who came to my home to inspect the damage to my garage door. He explained exactly what was wrong and was able to show me exactly why he recommended replacing some items that didn't actually need repair today, but would likely cause me issues in the near future. He didn't pressure me into any sales, he just gave options. He confidently explained why the other people he works with are the best in the area and why they stood out above the competition. Made me feel at ease with my decisions.

We had bought and had installed new garage doors and openers everyone was so nice and on time loved the doors. Then 3 weeks later lightning struck the house and they had to come back and replace one of the openers and added surge protectors. They have been so great to work with.

Your repair man was on time, did a good job explaining the current condition on my garage door. He replaced two springs and all the rollers and lubricated all the joints. He was done quickly and cleaned up his work area. I would recommend your services to anyone who asks. Thank you.

As a Fayettville resident, I would recommend the servicing, safety and quality. However, when I called to request service I asked what the possibility of the charge would be after describing my issue, not realizing that there were factors that weren't considered in the 'quote'.. No more than $200 was advised when scheduling the service however the tech who I thourghly believe was honest and forthcoming about the status of my garage's current aging condition, indicated a possible $1000 bill was the clear and obvious reality. I hope the quoting process can be addressed but the tech was refreshing to the experience for a safer peice of mind when resolving a pre-existing issue not discovered in our prior home inspection.

On the phone, we were told there was a $49.95 fee for the technician to come to my house on a Sunday. Then she told me that worst case scenario the springs would be $158. We needed 1 spring. However, if we had replaced BOTH springs, that total would have been $158 +$158+$49.95. My math shows that as $365.95. The technician quoted us a minimum of $510. We still have a broken door and we are out $49.95 for nothing. I understand the weekend service call but I don’t quite understand the difference in price. He told us he could “patch” our garage until a new door came in but wouldn’t even do that when we declined to over pay for almost $1000 for a new door. Also, prior to the tech visit, we priced other places for a brand new garage door and received a quote of $1400 INSTALLED and his lowest price quoted to us was approx $2400. Thanks for the weekend service call but we will go another route.

Aaron Hart, was our service technician that came out to our home. He was very pleasant and professional most of all arrived on time even called when he was 30 min out. He replaced both springs test the door for proper operation. I would HIGHLY recommend AARON HART and Precision Garage door. Thanks for everything you done Aaron

Precision Door NWA was able to replace my existing garage door. They did a very good job. Wes and Donovan were the gentlemen who came and took down the old garage door and replaced it with a new door. They not only exchanged the door panels but they also replaced tracking, garage door opener, and they completely cleaned up the garage after themselves. It was very nice having the technicians to explain as I visited with them.
