Dayton Thouvenell comes to Precision with over 6 years of experience doing Overhead Doors in and around beautiful NWA. A loving husband, and father of two young boys, Dayton is a hard working, family-oriented individual. He has had his roots planted in the NWA area for 15 years and is happy to call it his home. When not working, he enjoys playing ball with his oldest, Zayden, or drawing with his youngest, Abel. He also enjoys cookouts in the summer with his wife, Brianna, and general nonsense with their 3 dogs, Zelda, Lily, and Snatch. Dayton loves to meet new people and looks forward to bringing you the absolute best service he can provide and prides himself on getting the job done right the first time

We bought our complete door and motor in December of 2019 the install was smooth! Love our new door, we had some noise increase in October 2020, they came out and reajusted our door, it is quiet again, I would buy again from precision door! Also they respond very fast on the on line chat, I set up my adjustment appointment through it, perfect!

I have used them before and I know that they are dependable and knowledgeable. They are on time and complete the job quickly and thoroughly. I chose Precision Door because I first used them for my Mother-In-Law’s garage door and got it fixed quick and for a reasonable price. All the techs are nice and very knowledgeable. Today I had a full garage door kit installed and man it looks and works amazing. Dayton got here when he said he would and installed fast and with quality. Learned of company at a home show and was impressed with quality control and employee training. Followed up with a check on company online. When I called for routine maintenance service, appointment available within 24 hours and good flexibility in time options. Technician Dayton was courteous, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Some repairs were recommended but I was given 3 options and there was no hard sell- just clear explanations of parts of system and why work might be needed. Work finished promptly. I was shownhow to perform routine maintenance myself. Very impressed with Precision! Highly recommend!

Our garage door was hit and bent by our car. We called Precision and they sent Dayton to repair it the same day. Dayton offered us 3 options and the cost of each ahead of time, 2 to repair and 1 to replace. He did an excellent job, replaced the 16 foot brace and had the garage door working in about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door in Rogers and the technician, Dayton T.
