John installed our new belt drive opener on one of the HOTTEST days to date without even taking a break. The temp in my garage was a sweltering 97 degrees. He first inspected my original door installation, checked everything over, then gave me 3 estimates for me to chose from. He is the most professional and knows his product very well. We are very pleased with the installation, and know that John sleeps well knowing that we are happy with his great work and quality job.

Amazing new business in Northwest Arkansas! I appreciate the youth and energy that this business and its owner bring to Garage Doors and Construction. I have used many Garage Door businesses in the NWA Area, but after using Precision I am never using anyone else for my Garage Doors. Excellent customer service and top quality products. About 10 minutes before my appointment I received a text with information about Jacob's arrival and a picture of him as well. He then called a couple minutes later he personally called to give me his ETA. Upon arrival, he was very thorough with explanations of what he was going to do. He was very efficient in his work. Super friendly too!

Lets just start by saying I've never delt with a more professional and "standing by there work" company. I had a spring snap on a sat. morning, my wife researched a few co. and she called Patrick at Precision. Super polite and informative on the phone she said and a tech would be by the house later that afternoon. Got text updates and tech profile pre-sent to my wifes cell. Wes showed up gave us a quote and replaced both springs and thought we were set. Not even an hour after he left the door acted up, the motor & capacitor over heated and went out on us. Now other companies would have said " well sorry sir its nothing we did, have a nice day" No, Not only did Wes call and say they were going to put a new motor in ( I thought a new motor for our existing opener) Nope, he came out on his day off.. Showed up and proceded to bring a brand new opener, belt drive track and all the accessories.. I was like " HUH" He said Patrick and precision stand behind all of our work.. If you ever need any scope of door work done do not hesitate to call these guys... I was amazed at what they did for us... Patrick thank you soooo much... Customer for life here...
