We had the tension springs replaced. Our tech, Wesley, did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. After estimate and price was confirmed Wesley had the new springs installed and door working in less then an hour. I highly recommend Wesley for anyone needing repairs.

Very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the company overall. The tech John throughly explained service and expectations before and after service. I highly recommend this company. I have paid less for a broken spring in the past but John recommended replacing both springs to help with the life of the springs. I was very pleased John was able to provide a discount also.

I would say the positive reviews were well merited as I will add my name to those who felt they received 5 star service. Very professional service with clear and precise explanation of choices available and their costs and coverages. Technician was very polite and courteous and I felt went above and beyond in his inspection, explanations, and installation. After the job was completed he reviewed all aspects with me and we confirmed operation. I would most certainly recommend Precision.

Had a great experience with precision door! The technician, John, arrived a couple of hours after placing the service call and was very helpful and courteous. He replaced a couple of parts on the door and now it works better than ever! Definitely plan on using him again to replace my aging torsion springs.

I needed an update on my garage door because I thought that I would not be able to get my car out to drive!!!The service by your employers was great and they gave me three (3) options to improve/repair the garage door! Needed to replace a 22 year-old Liftmaster Pro garage door opener due to faulty sensors and circuit board. Googled for local service firms & found several. However, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service's website offered the most informative info & service options (w/videos); participation with the local BBB office, and discounts for Seniors; Teachers and Military members & others. The site also listed the personal bio's of the owner and technicians with their training & years of service backgrounds, and any criminal activities. I had not seen this type of information offering before for service firms. Jacob Austin - our technician - was very knowledgeable about their products, plus personable in explaining the options and costs.
