Two days ago I saw an advertisement on TV for Precision Doors. I thought to myself, I like the way this commercial sounds and looks, I need to remember this company. Little did I know that the next day the spring on my garage door would break. I called Precision about 5:30 on Thursday night. My call was answered by a real person, not a call service or answering machine. I told Taylor what had happened, she was very nice and told me she could have someone out the next day. Technician Steve came out the next day, took a look at my broken spring and recommended some other work be done along with the fixing of the spring. My garage door and hardware was about 20 years old and really did need some updating. Steve changed out both springs, all the wiring, all the rollers and some other things. My garage door opens like it's brand new. It is so quiet, it's never been this quiet since I've lived here! Steve wasn't pushy about fixing all of this, it was just his recommendation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and made me feel like it was important to them to take care of me. I highly recommend Precision Door for any of your door needs.

Basis research of websites and reviews I chose Precision to install a new garage door open and rebuild my garage door. I sent an email requesting a quote at 7:00 am and by 1:30 I received the quote and had the work finished. Both service men were prompt, knowledgeable, and fun to have do the work. I highly recommend Precision

New doors were measured ordered and came in at the quoted time appointment was made and the guys showed up yesterday as planned and installed 2 doors on my tractor barn returned this morning o finish up and was installed as expected doors raise up and down with little effort and work as expected 5 star install Thank you

I give Travis 5 stars, or higher if possible. He was very professional, courteous, thorough and friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is the cost of your products and service. I called 2 other companies and got estimates before Travis came out. The price that you charge for your springs in more than double the competitors. That means that I paid $ 300 more on this repair than I anticipated after getting quotes. Other than that I believe that you run a first class organization, Travis is an asset to your company, and you train your employees well.

They came out, gave me a honest assessment and within 90 minutes had my entire system not only running, but running with modern upgrades that I was not expecting. Awesome job! Pur technician was top notch. First experience with garage door repair, will always call Precision!

Precision Door did a great job replacing my damaged garage door. All of their personnel (Steve, & Justin at initial service and Wes the installer) were very personable and courteous. The company sent me info. about their employees and they called before their arrival. I appreciated the good communications including prompt answering of phone calls and getting things scheduled. I was very thankful that Precision Garage Door Service was able to get someone out here within a day (on a Saturday no less). Amazing! He was super understanding with me when I was trying to decide what to do. He explained all my options-I asked for about 8 different options. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about what I needed to do vs what I could do. He explained everything so simply and made me feel sure that I will be getting the best and that it would be so much safer than I have now. I called and made the appointment for the next day despite us living in a remote area. I received a text with a picture and a short bio on the repair person I could expect at my door which I greatly appreciated! Steve came out on time. He was professional and polite even while delivering bad news that replacement was required. He had everything he needed on his truck and we had a new opener installed before he left.
