I called Precision based on finding them on the internet, and seeing that they are veteran owned. I have never experienced the customer service in all my years of home ownership as I did with our garage door repair. From booking the appointment by phone, to the text about our assigned employee, to the phone call from the employee, and then the complete experience from the 25 point inspection, diagnosis of the problem, options on repair/rebuild packages, and then the actual work done. Every step was above and beyond my expectations. We are thrilled with the results as well. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will always recommend this company.

Ur rep came out within one hour of my call. He wound up replacing my whole garage door opener. It was expensive; however, he did a good, quick job and the door is working fine now.

Our garage door quit working in the morning, and after researching different companies, this one was my choice due to reviews, BBB ratings, clear information on the website(and other platforms such Facebook, etc) and pictures to view past work. They were able to schedule the repair and estimate for replacement door we were wanting within two hours of my call, which was a relief right before a holiday. John, the technician, called to let me know when he would arrive, which was right on schedule. He and Jacob assessed the situation, quickly made recommendations, showed several options, fixed the door problem as much as possible with our current door, and ordered the new replacement door. With all the available options I was able to choose the style, color, quality, insulation, and other options I preferred. Friendly, professional, and prompt service. Looking forward to the new door being installed.

Will was Great!!! He was very nice, took the time to explain options for us and find the best option that would fit our needs. We completely trust his opinion and he did a great job. Bless his heart, he was stuck in that sweltering heat when the door was closed, but he worked in a timely manner and got it done.
