Super good experience and professional repairs of garage door. I like the fact they that US parts are used and quality rollers. Our door broke (slammed) shut and both cars were trapped in the garage. Precision came out same day and fixed the issue - much appreciated. Will use again!

My garage door malfunctioned making it useless. They aranged to have a technician come by and inspect it, after the inspection it was determined it needed to be replaced as I had suspected, placed an order and then he worked on my door so that I could at least open and close it by hand no charge. Very friendly and polite service

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night so I called Precision at 7am the next morning. I was scheduled right away for the same day service and Seth showed up at 11am to assess the problem. I even received a text with a picture of the technician and a little bio so that I knew who to expect. Due to poor installation by the initial builders in 2019, our garage door failed and needed to be completely replaced. The good news in all of this was that Seth was very professional, quick to help us get our garage door to close & helped provide a reco for the replacement. The installation of the new door won't be until Dec 2021 but I'm leaving this review based off our initial service call and small repair until the main, new garage door comes in. I chose this company based on the Google reviews I saw and I believe they've earned all the best ratings due to this level of professional/courteous service. I'd reco them to anyone!

Justin was our service technician, and he came on a Sunday, the same day we had made the call. Our garage door opener was completely in repairable and we had it replace within two hours of Justin's arrival.

We backed out of our garage on Saturday and the door was not all the way up. Needless to say it was bent and would not go up or down. Precision Door sent out Anthony Birge and he stayed that evening until he got the door straightened enough that we were able to get it closed. He came back on Monday, worked taking the panel off, straightened it enough that he could get it working again. This technician is the greatest. Very professional, very meticulous and very friendly. We highly recommend Precision Door Services and ask for Anthony. Would give him 6 stars if we could. Thank you Precision and thank you Anthony.

We are new to the area and needed someone to "tune up" our garage door and replace a weathered bottom door seal. Jaden, our representative, was courteous, professional, timely, and polite. I appreciated the fact that a tech could come out same day and fix my broken springs, but when I called and said I’ve had someone look at it and I just need springs replaced I don’t want to be up-saled to buy a $1,000 door. The tech was insistent we needed a new door then said if we wouldn’t buy the new door we would need to sign off on some “liability” because apparently the door could “fall down” at any moment. Nothing makes me less trusting of a tech when I already know the issues and you try to tell me I need to buy something that isn’t needed. I felt like their price was rather high anyways but once the tech come out I just needed it done. I won’t be calling Precision Door Service again.
