Great experience today with Precision. First time online chat for service on a Sunday. Trenton came right out first thing Monday morning. Professional & knowledgeable all the way. My son got a new door from Precision a year ago and had a great experience, so when our door broke recently, I called Precision on a Saturday and they had a technician, Trenton Dunn, at my house within 2 hours, which was earlier than promised. He texted me on the way and I even got a picture of him so I could recognize him when he arrived. Trenton was fantastic--very professional and excellent at pointing out the what happened, why and my options. In the end, I decided to upgrade to new insulated garage doors and what I think is a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision based on this experience working with Trenton.

I had trouble locating someone to service our overhead door. Very frustrated with the companies I called. My experience from beginning to end with Precision Overhead Doors was in complete contrast. Trenton Dunn was exceptionally helpful. He recommended servicing that needed done, and carried out the repairs expertly and very quickly. He was on time, and had a very professional appearance/attitude. I was most impressed however with what he recommended did NOT need to be replaced. Many services seem to just want your money and will replace older parts that are in working condition simply due to their age. Will certainly be recommending them in the future.
