The service call was 50 dollars to fix a something that took 2 minutes to fix which I didn't have a problem with but he wanted 150 dollars more to fix after getting here I realized this was nothing but a scam gave him his 50 dollars and sent him on his way. I had to make a special trip back to fix it myself and it literally took 2 minutes I don't appreciate being scammed!

Mr. Jewell, As the Owner and a Sanctioned trainer for the industry here at Precision Door Service of NWA, I would like to sincerely apologize for how you interpreted your experience. Our policy states that there is a service fee for a technician to come out to your property and diagnose the issue with your door when it comes to repairs. This was quoted upfront in your phone call with us when you scheduled your appointment. After arriving at your property and upon doing his inspection, our technician diagnosed your 10 ft high (Commercial Door) as being off the tracks due to lack of maintenance, and a few (noted) worn parts. You were then presented with not one, but three different options based on your current and future plans for the door. Our options were designed to fix not just the door being off track, but also the root cause for why it happened and a warranty provided. When presented with the solution and fees associated with, you then denied the service, which is completely up to you. Please understand, we always have our customer's best interest at heart in all we do, and although you chose not to use us this time, we would hope that we might still have the opportunity to earn your business in the future. Great customer service - on a Sunday! Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He was there on time and communicated throughout the day to let me know when to expect him. He clearly explained options and pros/con for fixing my garage door issue, and was very quick to make the repairs. Would do business with Precision again.

I give Precision a 5+ the tech was very professional and explained everything plus took pictures and showed the differences. He was very complete in checking everything. He went way above and beyond just repairing the remote controls. He checked everything on the garage door. He found wires that were in need of replacement and he took care of that as well as realigned the door to help it open up easier and to protect it. He lubricated everything and made sure before he left that the garage door and the openers were working as best they could. He explained the need for possible future repairs and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. We chose to go with the least expensive repair at this time and he had no problem and was very pleased to do as we asked. He was fantastic! I will never use anyone else but Precision as long as they have employees who are honest and complete in their work. I watched him checking on everything. He was the best! Thank you for helping me to get my garage door openers working again and for the extra care taken to make sure I was safe. Mary

Great service and super professional! Called them at 7:45am after the main spring popped on my garage door during the night. Answered quickly and had a technician out that same morning. Provided several pricing options (mild, hot and spicy) and then completed by noon. Ron was great!

An accident in my garage knocked my door off track and damaged some parts.I called Precision bc it had good reviews online. Kevin called me back and came the same afternoon. He worked until the job was finished at 9 PM. He also did a good job of explaining what parts were needed and why. It works smoothly and quietly now.

Your website is very informative and I was in need of a new opener. I was able to select the best opener for my garage based on the information on your website. I called your office and an installer was at my house a few hours later. The installer was very knowledgeable and confirmed my opener selection and advised that I repair the springs and door rollers/cables, etc. The installer completed the entire installation within a few hours and everything worked as expected. The new opener (belt-drive) is very quiet and the garage door opens/closes perfectly. I will certainly recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Precision came to my house to repair a broken spring. The technician arrived on a timely basis, identified the problem and explained additional services that he could provide. He did so without any sales pressure. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do; and afterwards walked me through the project. I would highly recommend them.

Learned of company at a home show and was impressed with quality control and employee training. Followed up with a check on company online. When I called for routine maintenance service, appointment available within 24 hours and good flexibility in time options. Technician Dayton was courteous, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Some repairs were recommended but I was given 3 options and there was no hard sell- just clear explanations of parts of system and why work might be needed. Work finished promptly. I was shownhow to perform routine maintenance myself. Very impressed with Precision! Highly recommend!

Our garage door was hit and bent by our car. We called Precision and they sent Dayton to repair it the same day. Dayton offered us 3 options and the cost of each ahead of time, 2 to repair and 1 to replace. He did an excellent job, replaced the 16 foot brace and had the garage door working in about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door in Rogers and the technician, Dayton T.
