Was very thankful that I was able to get a technician out to my home after I backed into my garage door! I was 4pm and everyone I called wouldn't be able to get to it till the following day, I did not want to leave my garage door open overnight and unsecured, Thankfully Michael Bray was able to get got to my home that evening, he was very informative and quick to asses the issue and had my door up and running in a couple hours! During the snowstorm my old garage door opener ceased to work. I called Precision and they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, installed the needed equipment and I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. From the time the worker arrived to the time he left was about an hour and a half. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.
